Orchard View Wedmore is nestled in the picturesque Somerset countryside, just 20 minutes north of Glastonbury. The site truly lives up to its name, settled in a tranquil apple orchard. Spacious grass pitches offer the perfect spot for tents and tourers alike, with hardstanding pitches available too. For glampers, a cosy bell tent is also on offer. Near to the Mendip Hills AONB and only 15 minutes from Cheddar, this is an ideal base for exploring!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a relaxing break. The site is basic but had everything we needed for a short break and was clean and tidy. The owners and their family were friendly and helpful and even introduced our daughter to their horses, which made her day. We would stop here again..

Bell tent was spacious and nice décor, friendly welcome and everywhere clean. Site very small, pitches very close together and limited personal space. Good location for walks and sightseeing.

We just stayed here with our 3 year old and 12 week old, and it's a lovely clean, quiet site. Basic but functional amenities, great value for money and in a really lovely area.

Fairly central for tourist attractions such as Chedder Gorge, Wookey Hole and Wells City for the Hot Fuzz fans. Nice little site to meet basic needs, ideal for a short stay.

A nice quiet little place in a lovely landscape. The owner was very helpful when we weren't able to pay online. It was also no problem to stay a night longer than we had planned.

Had a great stay, even if the weather was more March than May. Marie welcomed us and regularly checked the facilities were in working order. Uncomplicated set up with just a relatively few plots, but they are quite big. Campfires allowed. Facilities available are loos, showers and kitchen sink - that's it, and in my honest opinion, better for it. Location was great too. We visited Cheddar, Wells, and Glastonbury, all within a short drive.

Had a quick 2 night break here and it was perfect! Super friendly welcome, dog friendly, lovely location, great facilities, flat pitches, easy ground to peg into, clean, tidy and would definitely stay at again. No hot water for washing up but we survived 😂 The owners were quick to respond to an issue with the loos and it got rectified quickly without fuss. Hot showers, fresh clean drinking water and a quiet relaxing stay. Thanks Orchard View!

We stayed in the bell tent for 2 nights as a stop off on our way to Cornwall. It is a lovely little campsite, very quiet but has all the facilities needed for a camping trip. Would definitely recommend. Perfect location for exploring Cheddar and Wookey Hole.

Owners friendly and helpful. Facilities were very basic in a very DIY shed. No hot water in washing up area or in sink toilet. I felt it was overpriced for the standard of site.

Absolutely lush place, with lovely owners, most relaxed we've ever felt. Lovely surroundings, beautiful horses, just all round beautiful.
