Electricity is available too. Two dogs are welcome to stay in Bluebell, sorry, no dogs are allowed in Foxglove. Please note, that between the end of the camping season in October and its reopening in March, the Yarrow Shepherd's Hut has exclusive use of the entire four acre site, a private washroom and a private sauna session.

A note from the site themselves...

We have a large focus on sustainability here. We do not take for granted the nature that surrounds our site and makes it so beautiful, and it is our responsibility to look after it.

A lot of thought has gone into ever element of the site. Our state-of-the-art water-treatment system ensures that all waste water is treated on site and achieves phosphate neutrality, to limit our impact on the environment.

For all of our guests, we provide bamboo toilet paper and eco friendly soaps. When it comes to the facilities, we have constructed the facilities block without concrete, and the handcrafted sauna and hot tub are made from fully sustainable and traceable materials. We hope you get to come and visit our little slice of paradise soon, Philip

Sometimes you just stumble across little gems, this happens to be one of them. Knowle Meadow was absolutely wonderful. From it's location to the facilities to how lovely Phillip was, everything had been thought of. This really is a 5 star campsite and a beautiful place to come and reset.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2024

What a beautiful, peaceful spot. This was our first camping trip as a family so we only did two nights, but we wished we were staying for longer. The site is beautiful and peaceful and you are surrounded by trees and nature. The kids loved running around and exploring. The facilities were fantastic, with a wonderful shower and toilet block and a sauna - worthy of a boutique hotel never mind a campsite! Close enough to pubs and shops to easily get supplies, but instantly feeling like you are miles away from civilisation once you enter the site - perfect for a tranquil family stay. The hosts were perfect - plenty of helpful advice about the area and just lovely people. This is a little treasure - we are so lucky to have places like this in the UK! We will be back.

Shepherd's Hut - Yarrow Shepherd's HutSep 2023

Without a doubt, the nicest campsite I've ever visited. A beautiful meadow. We stayed in the shepherd's hut, which had everything we needed and was super clean and so cosy. The woodburning sauna was amazing! Such a lovely touch. The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. Such a relaxing place to be.
