Absolute gem of a place! Really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are spot on and immaculate, owners couldn't be more helpful, and the location was perfect - close to an amazing beach and a good pub.

Wonderful, clean site and very friendly. Beach just up the road and a lovely pub. We and dogs enjoyed very much. Only downside, wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely return, thank you 🤩

Very clean, comfortable bathrooms and toilets. Good sized pitches with grass, friendly staff, about 12 min walk to the Happisburgh beach and the pub was a 5 minutes walk. It had everything we needed, highly recommended. We will book again.

Nothing bad to say at all, very clean facilities and spacious grounds. Everything all in one place and the little shop for essentials is great. Friendly hosts. Dogs loved it and so close to the Happisburgh lighthouse.
Another good week, shame about the weather

Thank you for another lovely week at your campsite, weather was a bit trying at times, but we made the most of it. Toilet block is first class. We both love this quiet site, so does our dog.
Lovely, friendly, clean well looked after site

Really nice site, clean and friendly, a little bit out the way and pitches are quite close together. There's a pub in the village but no restaurant or supermarket, but the surrounding area is lovely with lots to see and do.
Very good campsite

Each pitch has plenty of space for caravans, with awnings or tents, and has access to electricity and water nearby. The showers and toilets are kept very clean (even after a night of heavy rain). Make sure you take a good torch if you need to visit the toilet after dark, as there are no lights, which makes it good for stargazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped us out a couple of times during our stay. Thank you to Simon who stayed to wait for us when we were 2 hours late.
Will stay again

As expected, great location, clean facilities and quiet. Just 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the nearest pub. Despite check in closing at 5pm, we were allowed to put up our tent when we arrived much later than that, so very friendly service. Will for sure visit again as we loved the location, great for long walks.

Great location for exploring the local area an and beaches, the Broads are only a short drive away. We visited the lighthouse and climbed to the top, which was a great experience. Horsey Gap beach is not too far and we got to see the seals sunbathing, which was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our first holiday in Norfolk. Would definitely return to this campsite. It was clean, spacious and quiet and most importantly, free of seagulls! My least favourite part of camping at the coast usually 😅😂
Great location and facilities

We booked mid week. We are familiar with the area and live in South Norfolk. The setting here is truly gorgeous and only about a mile from the beach. There's a little shop (which I admit, we did not use) friendly staff and generous pitch sizes. The most impressive part (for me) were the facilities, very clean and like new. Showers are a good size with space to keep things dry - the water pressure was okay and the block open 24 hours. Washing up facilities saved our water for another day. There were children and dogs all over the site but everyone was responsible and the evenings and nights were quiet. Everybody was having a good time. Beach walks are lovely in Happisburg and I swam in the sea (carefully and with other people) it can be dangerous there because of the coastal erosion.
Restful, peace and quiet

Manor Caravan Park is well sited close to the beach and walking distance to the local historical public house (The Hill House Inn). Site is well supported by campers, caravanners and mobile homes owners. Small shop on site to assist with any forgotten items you may need. Weather was beautiful but when the wind blows, it was very gusty coming from offshore. However, did not stop the enjoyment of our stay. We would recommend Manor Caravan Park and we would stay there again in the future.

Lovely place. The toilets and showers were always very clean. Really loved the radio in the toilet block, something so small but made such a difference! The site was very clean. The man who showed us to where our site was was lovely. I think his name is Graham! The only thing we would suggest are some lights around the site as it gets very, very dark at night. Other then thank we loved our stay, thank you. 😊

Toilet block and shower facilities excellent. On cleanliness, the issue we had was occasional dog poo around our van, and rear of our car, as it was parked next to van. Unable to discuss with dog owners as we were surrounded by them and no way of knowing which dog(s) responsible.

We felt that the site was really good. It was our first adventure, our 2 man tent, although adequate, turned out to need an extra room 😂 table chairs fridge etc. We had a great time, there is miles and miles of walking and we managed around 6 miles per day, always ending in one of the local pubs. Great place. Great long weekend. Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just home from a really lovely camping break at Manor Farm, Happisburgh. Stunning location with beautiful beaches a short walk away. The site is nicely laid out with plenty of space for children to play. The staff are so very friendly and the facilities were good and clean. Perhaps two small niggles: the last night of our stay a large girl group came and stayed up drinking to midnight and were very loud indeed. The site would also benefit from a small park for the children to play on, although there is a lovely park on the cliff top before going down to the beach.
