About Manor Farm Caravan and Camping Site
There are three well maintained and well drained grass fields catering for tent campers as well as tourers. Pitches in the Byworth Meadow are exclusively for caravan and motorhome owners. There are 60 level serviced grass pitches here, with many boasting superb views of the coast. The Marl Pit caters for tents as well as tourers and is a large camping field surrounded by lush greenery. There are 57 serviced pitches and the rest of the field is unmarked meaning you can pick your own spot if you don't require electric hook up. Lastly, Moll's Meadow includes 38 serviced pitches and an unmarked area. Dogs are welcome in both the Byworth Meadow and Moll's Meadow but not Marl Pit.

There are six amenity blocks onsite all equipped with spacious showers, toilets and wash basins. Each field has its own block with large family shower room - hair dryer and shaving razor points also provided in the blocks. Two laundry rooms contain coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers. You'll also find a children's play area.
The centre of Cromer is just a mile from the site where there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are also three supermarkets within half a mile.

Site rules and policies
No single sex groups permitted.
Group bookings: Maximum of 4 units (this is to keep noise to a minimum - experience has shown that bigger groups cause more noise! Please do not ask to be an exception to this rule).
No party tents or marquees permitted.
No camp fires or open fire pits or Chinese lanterns.
Commercial vans are not permitted on site. (Arrangement to park them elsewhere may be made prior to arrival.)
On site re-booking cannot be guaranteed.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Payment must be made on arrival before pitching.
We regret that we are unable to give refunds.
Things to do on site and in the Cromer area
Cromer is less than a mile from the site and reachable along a quiet track running from the site. Take a walk along its famous pier before sitting back and catching some sun. The seaside resort also has a number of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and a 4 screen cinema.
Grab your walking boots for a stroll along the Norfolk Coast Path passing right by the site! Explore a network of public footpaths taking you through the stunning Norfolk countryside.
Onsite, the play area in the Byworth Meadow is ideal for the little ones.
