About Nyth Robin
You'll receive a warm welcome at Nyth Robin, which is small in its number of pitches, but big on space. The site's private woodlands are fun to explore and a great place for kids to let off steam. For glampers, there are spacious 5-metre bell tents which sleep up to four people, so great for families or couples. For couples looking for a romantic getaway, there's the cosy woodland cabin. Or there's Bert, a lovely yurt with bespoke touches (including a door frame made from a homegrown oak tree!), sleeping up to six and set in its own secluded area. Ideal for a couple's break or a family escape, it has comfy beds and sofa beds, a private camp kitchen, a wood burner and a lovely fire pit for you to snuggle around. Don't miss the retro revamped horsebox, Betty, which sleeps up to four and includes a toasty wood-burning stove. Or you might like to try a Cerys the vintage caravan all your own with room for up to three and a lovely fire pit outside. All the glamping accommodation is set up in their own areas, so you're sure to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. They're all fully furnished with proper beds and double bedding included, and have their own well equipped rustic kitchen so you can enjoy a comfortable stay without the fuss. There are also nine touring pitches, all a good size and all with electric. The four lower terrace pitches are on a separate gravel area, which is great for all weather conditions and the four upper terrace pitches are on grassier terrain and offer a bit more space. Plus you'll share your area with no more than one other party. And there is also a smaller pitch on its own, suitable for campervans and small motorhomes only. Four-legged friends are welcome in all bell tents, the Bert the yurt, Betty the horsebox and on all touring pitches (but not in the cosy hut or vintage caravan). The site's own hound, Rustin, just loves running for miles (and miles!) on Aberdovey Beach, which has dog-friendly areas all year round. Please do keep dogs on a lead when on-site and remember to clean up after them.
Touring pitches and glamping accommodation are available from April until November. Bell tents are available from May until September.

Things to do on site and in the Aberdovey area
The pretty seaside village of Aberdovey is just 3 miles away and offers good old fashioned seaside fun. Kids love a day on the sandy beach, crabbing off the pier and donkey rides. Like any seaside village worth its salt, it offers great ice cream and fish and chips. There are also art and gift shops, cafes, great restaurants and three (yes, three) pubs to choose from!
If walking's your thing, then the Wales Coast Path can be accessed from site. Aberdyfi is about a 2 hour walk with stunning views over the Welsh hills and the Dyfi Estuary. For something more adventurous, the walk up nearby Cadair Idris (the second largest summit in Wales) is a rewarding climb.
For fun on two wheels, there's plenty of off road choice for all levels and ages at Coed Y Brenin. The nearby Dyfi Forest has some awesome downhill trails and the Mawddach Trail offers a family friendly, and flat cycling option! For road cycling, there's some great routes from the site.
Jump on the Cambrian Coast railway line at Aberdyfi or Machynlleth and enjoy the breathtaking scenery as it hugs the Cardigan bay coast line all the way to Pwllehi - why not stop off at Barmouth or Harlech Castle?
Or take a step back in time with the famous steam trains on the Tal-Y-Llyn railway line and stop off at Dolgoch for a very pretty walk to the waterfalls.
If a relaxing holiday is your cup of tea, then Nyth Robin has some great spots for kicking back and simply doing nothing.
