If you're looking for a relaxed getaway with family, friends and even the dog, this basic but well maintained site could be just the ticket. The site is perched on the outskirts of Pitton, a small village located north of Salisbury that is easily accessible via the A30 road. Pitch your tent, caravan, campervan or motorhome in the Barnside area or the Paddock area. The Barnside area, once an orchard, offers seven grass pitches for camping or touring and four hardstanding pitches for motorhomes. The Paddock, surrounded by a fence, features five hardstanding and six grass pitches with views extending across the valley. All offer electric hook up and ample room for you and yours to relax in. A mere fifteen-minute drive takes you to the medieval city of Salisbury, where you can explore its bustling streets, visit the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral and enjoy the vibrant market scene. You're also a stone's throw from the New Forest National Park, filled with ancient woodlands, heathlands, picturesque villages, cycling routes and walking paths. Keep an eye out for the wild ponies! Campfires are permitted and up to two dogs per pitch are welcome.
