Return to peace and quiet in this pod. Dark skies and Forge Valley provide perfect view to experience. It's compact and brilliantly fitted - cycle shed provides additional space for large items. Information about location and facilities were emailed out in time for the visit. Wi-Fi reception was poor except for EE- but we were told this and it was a blessing as back to basics! Very quiet place. The location meant it was easy to access the coast and we certainly the most of it. The facilities of shower, bed were cute and comfy. However, if staying longer we would have needed help with the cooker as wasn't responding. Microwave worked well.

We had a lovely stay at the Tilbury Pod at Carriage House Glamping. The setting was idyllic, so peaceful and private. The pod was lovely, with everything we needed, including an air fryer. It was neat and clean (some of the kitchen utensils did need a clean) with everything in good working order. Unfortunately, our phone signal was poor or unavailable, which meant that we were unable to use the TV. We had a lovely walk from the site around Hackness, as well as visiting Whitby and Filey during our stay. We would definitely return to stay in one of the pods again. We were sad to leave!

Thanks so much for the feedback, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again in the future. Sorry you couldn't connect up to the TV's. Some networks have really strong coverage in the area but unfortunately as it's rural not all networks are supported. Something for us to look at for future guests. Thanks, Adam and Hale.
Simple but lovely

This was the first time my partner and I had stayed in a glamping pod, and we absolutely loved it! The pod itself is fairly simple in layout, but it felt very welcoming and homely. Everything was displayed nicely and spotless, and the view that you get from the front door is amazing - we spent an evening just sitting and taking it in! We really appreciated the restaurant recommendations from the hosts, who were very friendly in our communications. There are plenty of walks nearby - the ones we did we very peaceful, and this pod is only 10-15 minutes away from the seaside which was perfect for us. We'd definitely consider coming back here in the future. 😊
