About Fairview Farm
This countryside retreat close to Sherwood Forest will provide you with a peaceful place to unwind, while still having the option to enjoy local activities and attractions. It's also a great place for families to get together or a place to celebrate weddings, anniversaries etc. You can enjoy your break as a calming, relaxing experience or a fun packed adventure! Fancy pitching up on comfy grass pitches? There's 88 acres to enjoy with big open fields perfect for playing games and flying kites! You can also meet the farm's ponies, pygmy goats and sheep. Or why not stay in an ensuite glamping shepherd's hut? It offers a double bed with a flat screen TV and a small kitchen all your own. Outside, you can settle down around the fire pit. The Quirky Cabin is another great glamping choice with a comfy double bed and furnished interior. You'll also have your pick of a range of cosy log cabins, each furnished and kitted out to suit. You'll also find the Upside Down House and a set of luxurious lodges. All come with a TV, tea, coffee and sugar and an outdoor area with BBQs and fire pits. Bedding and towels are provided and all properties have heating to keep you toasty in the winter.

Site rules and policies
All properties are strictly non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. We have lovely people staying with us and we like every one to be friendly as we have a very safe family farm.
Things to do on site and in the Ravenshead area
Surrounded by countryside, there are plenty of local walks and cycling routes including a lane around the farm where you can spot the horses grazing in the fields and the pedigree sheep.
All guests are welcome to look around the stables and meet the horses, pygmy goats and sheep. In addition, you can book 4x4 off road experiences in the farm's Polaris Rzr race vehicle (additional cost).
There are many activities available in Sherwood Forest close by such as Go Ape, Segway riding, paint balling, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, archery and many more.
