Pleasant, friendly staff. Clean toilets and showers, reasonable size site. What lets it down and never mentioned on any reviews is the noisy road. Not the campsite's fault, but we were rudely woken up at 7:00am by the building site on the other side of the road. Fork lift trucks and diggers were going backwards and forwards.

We were not aware they were starting up before 8am and we have off the back of your review gone over to them and reminded them of their obligations on working hours. Lovely site. Zoe was so helpful and facilities were super clean.

Beautiful campsite, clean and friendly. Phil was very helpful (I'll practice some more with the trailer before we come back 🤣) Lovely location. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely return.

First time visiting St. Ives and Carbis Bay. The campsite is 20 min walk to Carbis beach and station. Close to the A30 and near to Tesco's by drive and Costcutters is less then 10 minutes walk. There are fridges and freezers on site to store your food. Clean showers and toilets to use. They also offer the hire of pit fire and wood. There are restaurants near by as well as as a places to eat breakfast. All less then 10 minutes walk. I had a relaxed and quiet time. The other campers where friendly and quiet. The pitches where big enough. Nobody on your doorstep! It was a pleasant and enjoyable trip.

Amazing campsite! Really easy to get to, lovely staff and the facilities were very clean. The pitch sizes were good and it never got cramped. Easy access to the beach, a train station and lovely walks. Would definitely go again!

Great little campsite! Really close to Carvis Bay and St Ives and easy to access Lands End and Penzance! The facilities were really good, plenty of them and clean. Had fridges and a freezer, washing up facilities and a washer and dryer. The only negative would be that to pay what is left that you owe, has to be in cash so had to go and get money out.

We stayed here for 2 nights on July 1st. On arrival, we made a quick call to Phil who was with us in minutes and was attentive, chatty and helpful throughout our visit. He was busy, friendly and was a pleasure to chat to, as was Zoe. The pitches were large, the views were far and superb. Location excellent for walkers, and cyclists alike - but beware the hills. The beach (Carbis Bay) is really close, but, oh my, the hill! However, well worth it as it had lovely sand, sea and place to eat and drink. Shops within walking distance, big Tesco not very far but a car trip, unless you are using bikes like us. Carbis Bay train station is within walking distance and costs ÂŁ1 into St Ives (we took our bikes on) - then you have a whole new day ahead! Water, showers, toilets and sockets, if not on EHU, available for everyone. The only thing I would suggest or like is a shelf in the toilets - I have a hidden disability, so found that a bit tricky, but know this is a work in progress for a lot of places, but hopefully will start to see more of these. But the most wonderful thing, campfires with real logs! It's encouraged and Phil was helping those that were struggling to get theirs going too. They have stands and also bags of chopped wood. We took paper logs in the hope were allowed to pop them on our Smokey Joe, but we just had to buy a bag of Phil's logs (ÂŁ5), absolute bargain! We sat out and just watched the flames and the stars, and a fabulous location wishing we were staying longer!

Excellent location with a short walk to Carbis Bay and the train station and only a 3 min train journey into St Ives, so we didn't have to go out in the motorhome once we'd parked up! Really friendly staff and great facilities, will be coming back again!

This site is very close to St Ives, so it gets 5 stars just for that. The site is on a slope so levelling a motorhome needs some care. The only real issue is the construction work taking place across the road (July 2023). If you can get a pitch on the far side of the site, all the better as they start at 8am and it's noisy. Also do not try to turn right into the site entrance with a motorhome, go past, turn round 100 metres along the road and turn into the entrance turning left.

Super pitch helpful staff and a lovely view. Super overnight pitch up and go. Facilities perfectly adequate. I used the dryer which was good value for money. Pitch was spacious and the view was great. The guy in the cabin was very helpful.

Very nice place, toilets and showers were very clean. Quiet area with a neighbourhood of horses and beautiful landscapes. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, bus stop to St Ives is just 10min from the campsite, so great location. Definitely will be coming back!

Fabulous location, a 10/15 minute walk and you're on Carbis bay beach. Lovely secluded location and beautifully dark skies (as I have an interest in astronomy/astrophotography it was great to see so many stars!). Phil and Colin are very friendly (and funny!) and we had a lovely pitch, very spacious, and the pricing is unbeatable. Clean hot showers, fridge/freezer facilities, electrical socket access for hairdryers/phone etc. fire pits & wood available at a small cost. I really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you!

Me and three friends wanted a night away and we needed somewhere where vans and tents can pitch up next to each other so we chose this place and it was fantastic! I paid ÂŁ10 to camp in my van for the night. There were clean toilet and shower blocks and the location was great! At Carbis Bay but only a 5 min bus drive into St Ives! Will certainly return!

Great location in Carbis Bay. A short walk to the local shop, station and beach. Phil and the team gave us a great welcome and the site has all you need for a comfortable stay. Remember you'll need cash to pay!

I had an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly & the facilities were good. I thought this was good value for money. There is a 20-minute walk to Carbis Bay, but you can park at Lelant Church for a 5-minute walk to Porthkidney beach. 30-minute walk to a pub, but the hotel has drinks 15 minutes away. Cockerels start crowing early though...
