Nestled in the High Weald AONB, Barn Meadow Camping is the perfect site for a family countryside retreat. The site offers spacious non electric grass pitches suitable for tents and small campervans. Relax at your pitch and enjoy some family time or take a stroll around the nearby woodlands, don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for wildlife! Camber Sands beach is also just a 30 minute drive away, have a dip in the sea or enjoy an ice cream.

About Barn Meadow Camping
Situated in the stunning East Sussex countryside, this site is the ideal spot for a family break. With surrounding woodland, there are plenty of brilliant walks nearby, with Brede High Woods just five minutes away. On a four acre field, there is plenty of space to pitch your tent, with 50 non electric grass pitches. Kids can also let off some steam and have a kick about! The site is also ideally located to explore the rest of East Sussex, with Camber Sands and Hastings both 30 minutes away. Four-legged friends are welcome to join you on your stay, with plenty of dog walks nearby. Raised BBQs are allowed onsite. Sorry, campfires are not permitted.

Site rules and policies
Check-out is available between 2pm and 8pm and departure is due before 11am.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Things to do on site and in the Staplecross area
There are plenty of stunning woodland walks straight from site and there is also an onsite petting farm and horse sanctuary, which is great for the kids.
Head to the seaside town of Hastings (30 minutes) or head to the beach at Camber Sands (30 minutes) and enjoy sun bathing or grab some fish and chips and enjoy the views.
