Can't fault this site really, everything you need on site. Wood, kindling, ice blocks. Clean showers and toilet blocked permanently while being cleaned. Very child friendly.

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2024

Took my daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren for a few nights and the children had a great time. They loved the park, in fact, we didn't see much of them as we were nice and close, so they went off on their bikes made lots of friends and we knew they were safe. Toilets and showers nice and clean, better showers in the over flow block. The shop was handy for a nice slush on a hot day but sold almost everything. All the staff really friendly and helpful. Lots of wasps 🤦‍♀️ but obviously that's not down to anyone, but we did a lot of running about to get away from them 😆 only by the pitches, not the park, could say it was part of our daily exercise! Not that it bothered us too much, we are night owls, but there were a lot of people in the field behind us that, into the early hours, were making a lot of noise and I did hear people complaining. They have rules on noise but clearly some people don't respect that. The only other tiny issue, we were on an electric pitch, all numbered, but trying to work out where exactly to place tent wasn't easy. Maybe markings on the floor would help or something to mark out where to pitch as some people took up more space than others (we were probably them). Overall, it was lovely.

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2024

We loved the atmospheres and relaxed, zen feeling of the site. Anything goes. Quiet at night which was good. Very clean facilities. Minimal shop products and poor taxi services. Due to size of site, another shower block and toilets would be good out near the top field. Felt safe as we knew that no one could drive in off the street after 10:00pm. No troublemakers.
