About the site

Nestled on the border between Somerset and Dorset, this exclusive use glamping site is a great place to get back to nature without sacrificing your home comforts and celebrate with friends and family. The site offers five fully furnished canvas bell tents measuring 5m. Each tent contains a king sized bed with 1000 pocket sprung mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding, along with rugs, a bistro table and chairs, battery-powered lanterns and fairy lights. You're welcome to bring extra beds and bedding for children or friends, or even extra tents if needed. Up to ten additional guests are permitted, with a total maximum of 20 onsite. There's also a flushing toilet, hot shower and dressing room with electric sockets for your group's exclusive use. Your group will experience half board glamping, consisting of a beautiful locally sourced dinner, a night in a luxury bell tent and breakfast in the morning. Dinner will be cooked and served exclusively for your group in the evening. Choose from woodfired pizzas, BBQ or a feasting menu. There's also the option to write your own menu. The following morning, you'll receive bacon baps, tea and coffee. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can easily be catered for, but please let the hosts know well in advance. A fully-stocked licensed bar offers a wide range of drinks from 7pm to 11pm, so no need to faff about with ice boxes and bottle openers. Simply turn up and enjoy great hospitality in a beautiful location. Glass of wine, anyone? The site is also licensed for indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies. Campfires are allowed in the firepits with baskets of logs provided. No pets, sorry!

Onsite facilities include an outdoor seating area, covered dining space, and 'the nook' with a flushing toilet, basin, hot shower and dressing room. There's a licensed bar open until 11pm for a drinks, and an outdoor kitchen with woodfired oven where you can watch your meals being prepared.

Our aim is to make your stay as relaxing as possible, operating with respect for the land and the wildlife that inhabits it, for our neighbours, and for you, our guests. We welcome all like-minded people.

Enjoy exclusive use of our glamping site, with a locally-sourced dinner, cooked and served exclusively for you in the evening, an overnight stay in our five furnished bell tents, followed by breakfast in the morning. It's camping, made glamorous.

* It is very important all guests are aware Cott Farm is a licensed premises. This means bringing your own food or drinks is strictly prohibited and quiet hours must be observed by your whole party.

* A fire pit with logs and speakers for music are provided in our outdoor seating area. Fires and music are not permitted in the camping field.

* Please respect the land and the animals that inhabit it by taking all litter home with you (in particular cigarette butts and other small items can be fatal to animals).

* An additional £500 refundable deposit is required for all group bookings. This must be paid before your arrival and will be refunded after your departure so long as there is no damage or rule violation.
