Walnut Farm is a small family run site surrounded by fields and wildlife, offering touring pitches, glamping and self catering accommodation. There is a great range of grass pitches with and without electric for campers and tourers as well as hard-standings for touring in the winter. Or leave the tent at home and stay in one of the cosy glamping yurts. Enjoy a day of sea swimming and seal watching, as the beach is only a short walk away!

Excellent place for a few nights away- walked to waxham and horsey gap to see the seals - only thing you need a car to get to any pub for a meal if wanted to do this. As not in walking distance. Would visit again. Thanks and staff didn’t bother us.
Bliss!

Absolutely lovely and peaceful, just what we needed. Beautiful facilities, in fact the best facilities we have ever had on a campsite in all our years of travelling. Great hosts! We will definitely be back!
Great little place - quiet and spacious pitches

Really nice place with wide pitches - we used the electric hook up. Showers are clean and cards to use them are £1 fir 10 minutes which was plenty. Lots of wildlife around but didn’t bother our dog. Would recommend.
Loved our stay here!

We had a really lovely stay here in Norfolk. It was a great campsite, the perfect location to the beach and the campsite owner was so helpful in helping us move the caravan. A very friendly and organised campsite, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic site, which is very remote and quiet. Walking distance to the beaches, and Poppylands. Really enjoyable stay.

Very clean toilets and showers. Very pleasant location, good, flat and large pitch. Cannot be faulted apart from no wifi access.

Was perfect for our requirements. My only criticism would be that of the 3 showers, only 1 delivered consistently warm water at a decent pressure. The other 2 consistently went from cold to scolding hot and with little pressure. I would not risk putting a young child in one of those 2 units. Other than that, quiet, clean and friendly 👍👍
Convenient small peaceful site for beach

Nice site, convenient for beach, nice touch of pond and goats for children to look at near washing up and reception. Only downsides - Toilets quite a long way from the summer field but this is shown on the site map available before arrival. Shower we had was burning hot or freezing cold, making washing kids almost impossible. Screams I heard from other showers suggest it wasn't just a dodgy one we chose.
Lovely location, away from the crowds

Lovely location, quiet and lots of space when I was there. Perhaps a little overpriced considering I did not have hook up and you paid extra for a shower.
Almost perfect

This would have been 5 stars except for the unisex showers and toilets, which could do with a bit of a scrub and update. Washing machine was a real bonus and a quick 30 minute was just £2. The smart shower card, pre- loaded with money, takes £1 for a 10 minute shower, but the water pressure wasn't great so with thick hair needing 2 washes and conditioner, I needed the whole 10 minutes. We loved the site, protected from wind and very close to the beach. The 3k circular walk was fabulous. Checkout the Dunes café nearby for the best crab sandwiches!

Walnut Farm is a fantastic site with great facilities and large pitches, spread over a few fields. The bathrooms are family rooms and were clean and warm, worth the £1 for the shower. Lovely circular walk around the owners land, and direct access to the beach and coastal walks. We will definitely go back.

Enjoyed our stay very much. No one can help the weather, which was atrocious, making walking underfoot hazardous,

My criteria for choosing was its open, so few are in the winter and its near the sea. Good check in and pitch perfect on the farmyard and near the toilets. Had washing up liquid in the washing up area. Lovely 1km walk to a sandy beach, so definitely coming back in the summer. Only negative was paying for the showers. Cost of £1 per 10 mins was fine. It's plenty of time, it's more that I was not expecting it. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I visit Norfolk often. We read about this site close to a beach full of seals and decided to try it. Good, flat, hardstanding pitch with electric hook up, close to a water point. Spacious and clean toilet, shower and washing up facilities on site. 10 minute walk to the beach, saw lots of seals in and out of the sea. Quiet site with a friendly reception. Need to buy shower card for £1 for 10 minutes, which is plenty. Good base for driving along the Norfolk coastline.

After some research, we found this site with availability. Having stayed along this coastline extensively previously, we hadn't been to Waxham. The site is literally a lovely 15 min walk to the dunes and beach. The initial pathway to the beach is also exclusive to the site. We were lucky as we managed to see the seals, which was a bonus. On arrival, I was met by the owner on reception - a lovely welcome and an immaculate spacious site. The facilities are clean and tidy and spotless! The site is also peaceful which was nice 👍🏻

Lovely site, facilities were clean and warm (went end of October). Only minor thing, the shower heads were very small and needed cleaning so water only came out of half the shower head so it was difficult to wash.

Excellent site, friendly owners. Nice and quiet. Loads to do close by. This was my second stay and have just rebooked for half term week.

Lovely site. Not all pitches in one plot, which gives the impression it's smaller than it is. Quiet and peaceful with a nice stroll to a lovely beach
