About Wild Camping at Barkerfields Farm
Barkerfields is a place where campers feel away from the hustle and bustle of busy life, pitching in a lush flat field. You're 20 mins in the car from elegant Chatsworth House, a couple of hours' gentle walk from Thornbridge Hall with its brewery and a few hours walk for fit types from Deep Dale Nature Reserve. Campfires are welcome and the field is totally car free (cars parked in another designated spot) with many guests choosing to leave the car at base camp and explore on foot. Many walks start from here and it's within reach (without the car) of pubs, parks, cafes and an ice cream shop. A climber's and history lover's paradise too.
There are 20 accommodation options on-site
