VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesOct 2024

A lovely peaceful campsite, wish we could have stayed longer. Stayed out of the main season, but they still provided meals in the bar, from an extensive menu. Delicious food. The owner was very friendly, the showers were clean and recently refurbished by the look of it. It was a proper indoor building, not an outhouse! There was a lovely snug cosy bar with a fire, but plenty of outside seating available for warm evenings. It might be a bit "remote" for some, but if you want to get away from everything, I definitely recommend. It was good value for money too.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, professional people. The food was outstanding, fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend it, especially the Green Thai Curry.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesOct 2024

Nice manager and staff, with very good and clean facilities. The bar and restaurant was a bonus. It was out of season, but I was struck with how peaceful the evening was. I had one gripe about the WIFI being only in the bar and not out to the pitch. The owner came round in the morning and explained that they had mentioned this in the details. I had only looked at the facilities summary. In conclusion, recommended.
