A lovely site, the amenities were brilliant and very clean. The only down side was it was out of the way, but had a lovely relaxing 2 days.

Great place to stay. Clean toilets and showers, though the drainage in the showers needs a little attention. Very clean and well laid out pitches, good electricity hook up! Will certainly stay again.

Only negative is the long windey road between Pately Bridge and the site.

A lovely quiet site in the Dales with excellent W.C's and shower block. With 2 local pubs serving food.

Really nice campsite, good facilities and friendly receptionist. No service and Wi-Fi you have to pay for, but we were only staying 1 night so didn't bother. There is service by the pub in Lofthouse though. Was dead empty because it was a Thursday night during term time (with pretty rubbish weather) but even if it was busy, I think it would've been fine. Would definitely recommend. Showers were really decent but there were lots of dead flies in the women's one for some reason. Not much of an issue though. All in all, a lovely spot in a great location.
Nice site but a couple of snags

Lovely site with all facilities in place and lovely and clean. Would recommend but must point out that the drier takes old £1 coins - who's got them! Not everyone needs the drier, so perhaps unlucky, but we chose the site because we needed drier facilities. Slight problem when the office was shut and no signal in the area, so couldn't ring for assistance. Also, 2 showers in gents - 1 lock broken so couldn't lock it. Minor snags and easy to fix then site great.

Nice large pitch, well maintained. I had a fall and broke my ankle, however Ian and his team were so helpful and did all they could for me. A big thank you from me and my partner. My accident did affect my stay, but that had nothing to do with Studfold or their staff. If you want peace and quiet and a base for trips out, this is a wonderful site.

We parked at Scar House reservoir, great walk, checked in at Studfold, a very clean and well organised friendly sit. We walked up to the pub along Stean gorge, back to the site via the church and had a very peaceful night and day spent in this wonderful area of North Yorkshire.

We were contacted by Ian just before our arrival to inform us that it had rained again the previous day and that we could put our motorhome on the emergency gravel section, that was right opposite the toilets and shower, which was a massive bonus. We had the entire site to ourselves and the only noise we heard was the lambs/sheep. The footpaths around the site were absolutely fantastic and the scenery was to die for. We came for 3 nights to recharge our batteries and to just relax. Relax and chill we certainly did and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thanks to Ian for a beautiful site - we will definitely be back again.

Good price, clean shower block, 2 shower cubicles with extra room per cubicle for changing. If I'm being picky, some form of heating would be nice in there. Grass pitch was roomy with plenty of space for an awning. Site is on the doorstep of How Stean Gorge, which is worth a visit. Phone signal is poor, except on EE, which we managed to stream a fire stick on. Overall, a good experience.

We booked up for a family weekend break at Studfold and it was just as we expected. It was lovely and peaceful, with amazing views! We also had the best time on their fairy trail, which our daughter absolutely loved. Would highly recommend booking this if you are staying at Studfold. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly from start to finish, we will definitely be returning again.

Booked this as our first camp of the year and what a lovely site this was, a real gem. It has really nice family atmosphere and it is great site for families of all ages. The toilets /shower facilities were spotless, as were the washing up sinks. A cafe onsite and two pubs within walking distance. Staff that we met could not be more helpful. Overall, excellent - AAA*.

Unfortunately, reception was closed when we arrived. We had no idea as to which pitch we should park. Our name and pitch number were not displayed on the board at reception. Lucky for us, a seasonal camper helped us out by saying they would contact the operators in order to find out what our pitch number is. These helpful people came back to the top of the hill and provided us with our pitch number. Furthermore, since reception was closed, we were unable to purchase Wi-Fi which was necessary for us to plan our next day's travel plans. The next day we walked down to the café at 9:30 am but it was closed for the day. Overall, our experience was not favourable. We arrived at the campground at 7:30 pm.

I was taking a day out to visit a favourite spot before working locally later in the week. The lady in reception handled my check-in quickly and within a few minutes, I was settled in my tent on the site. Other campers were pleasant and friendly. If I'd had time there were many pleasant walks close by. There is a great pub at lovely nearby Middlesmoor and a cafe on site. Pateley Bridge is just a short drive away. The views from the campsite are lovely. A highlight of my stay was watching the sunset and dawn with the hills as a setting. Campsite recommended.

A quiet site with good facilities. Very relaxed management - the office was closed when we arrived. Well maintained pitch (grass clippings removed so minimal mess). Lovely and quiet mid week during term time. Could be noisy during peak times since the pitches are very open with no screening. Good family site. No mobile signal but Wi-Fi available to purchase. Excellent base for local walks.
Great park and campsite.

Plenty of space right in the heart of the Dales. Showers and toilets spotless, would return again. Brilliant and would recommend this park to everybody. Suits all age groups and beautiful scenery. Plenty of space on each plot with electricity and toilets. The shower blocks spotless.
