We regret we are unable to accept parties of young people.

We're not into a lot of rules. It boils down to being a good neighbour on the park: the warden will be the judge of that.

No liability can be accepted for any accident or injury to any member of the party included in the booking or to visitors, or for loss or damage to the personal property including tents, caravans and vehicles, unless caused by the negligence of the owners of the Park, their agents or employees.

Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised off the Park.

No fire pits, chimeneas or open fires.

Pitches must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with the Warden.

Lots of seaside fun to be had along the coast at Great Yarmouth and there are options to hire a boat and have a relaxing day in The Broads, popping into a pub for lunch, trying some fishing or spotting for wildlife.

Beach fans certainly won't be disappointed, with the sea very close by and a convenient option to enjoy the sandy beach at Long Beach.

Other great options in the area include:

  • Ormesby and Filby Broads
  • Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens
  • Caister Castle and Motor Museum
  • Stockcar and Greyhound Stadium
