Lady's Mile Holiday Park in Devon is an award-winning site, just a 20 minute walk from the beaches of Dawlish Warren. Tents and tourers can pitch up on electric grass or hardstanding pitches, with a range of glamping and holiday homes onsite too. Enjoy access to the amazing onsite facilities, including two swimming pools and live entertainment, whilst being just a stone's throw from the sea. This site offers facilities to attract but then they are not available. Gym closed, steam room out of order and sauna not turned on. Still charges the same. The pitch was large and sloping, the showers were push button with low pressure and at night, only one light worked. Location and transport links make the site. Could do better through attention to detail. Indoor pool was good.

Fantastic for families with younger children. Short walk to Dawlish which was buzzing with holiday-makers. Very helpful staff. The security was very good too, checking vehicle registrations around the campsite daily. Definitely one of the best sites I've been to over the years. The only things I would change if I could would be the long queues at the bar. We had two burst air beds. Would be less stressful if the site could sell camp beds for emergencies? I would recommend buying something to keep away seagulls. I will be buying a seagull deterrent next time I go anywhere, learning curve. We had a fantastic time, lots to do and very quiet and clean.

Our onsite shop does usually sell both single and double air beds as well as many useful camping items. As for the seagulls, we understand how they can be a bit of a challenge. The kids were very entertained by the pool, particularly the novelty of the outdoor one and lifeguards were always on duty. The park was great and me and my daughter enjoyed the silent disco. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed and the toilets were cleaned regularly and smelled really nice. The park was very dog friendly, meaning we could be together as a family more. We are at the take away one night which was delicious.

Can't think of anything wrong with this site, excellent as far as our family are concerned. Weather was appalling on our visit, but that's not the site's fault. Our pitch was perfect, the club house was great, staff were excellent. In fact, albeit the weather, we had a great time and will be back.

Lovely site, plenty to do for everyone. Good facilities, tent pitches huge as well as being clean and tidy. Good base if you want to tour around nearby towns. Had a great time. Down side is showers aren't very good. Some just trickled water. Also no option for late check out even though it wasn't busy at all. Hard to put large tent down and packed away and be off site by 11! Understandable in busy season but wasn't all yet the threat of a £50 find makes you rush and panic. Late check out should be introduced in not so busy periods!

Excellent campsite, showers could be better, but the rest was brilliant. Only complaint is in the entertainment area where dogs were allowed wasn't big enough, or you had people there without dogs.

Site has generous sized pitches, with loads of space to sit outside after parking camper van and erecting awning. All washing facilities were spotless when we stayed, and there were lots of toilet and shower blocks on the site. Nice, big entertainment complex, with plenty of seating. Both the takeaway and restaurant menu was, although a little limited, of good quality and well priced. The two pools were well looked after, and water quality as good as you would see in any such facility. A bit of a walk (around 20 minutes) to the beach was the only (slight) downside of the position of the site. When all things considered, we would recommend the site, and intend to revisit with our two grandsons during the school summer holidays as we're sure there is enough on site to keep them entertained.

The site is beautifully clean and the toilets/showers blocks smell amazing. The reception staff were really warm and friendly. Definitely recommend this site.

We have just spent the weekend at Lady Mile holiday park and had a brilliant time. From the moment we walked in all the staff were friendly and helpful. They made lots of fuss of our dog and gave him a bag of treats. The food was great in the restaurant.It was so good we stayed an extra night and will definitely be going back. The location is great and is only a short walk to the beach.

We found this site after a search and we liked the location. Upon arrival, we found the Reception staff to be welcoming and helpful, directing us to choose a spot from the designated area. We had originally booked a grass pitch, however, due to the wet weather, we received a phone call in the days prior informing us we would be moved to hardstanding free of charge. The pitches were well laid out and fairly spacious, considering it is a large site. The site was tidy and clean, as were the facilities for the touring/camping. The maintenance staff were always visible; tidying up and cleaning the site. The playground, pump track and dog walking/kite area were well maintained and were enjoyed by our young children, as was the indoor swimming pool. It was surprisingly warm water (considering a lot of pools we have been to feel decidedly cold, understandably due to the cost of heating!), and the facilities were clean and the staff friendly when booking us in. The entertainment in the evening for children was enjoyable, although we felt it started a little too late for our children's ages, at 19:15. They were able to go to the arcade and soft play from the table. Although we weren't there long enough to utilise the restaurant, the food looked well cooked when adjoining tables were brought food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and visited some lovely local areas, so we would definitely recommend Ladies Mile and we will be returning at some point.

We booked to stay here for one night and unfortunately we weren't able to stay the whole night due to a family emergency. However, the short time we were there was very pleasant. We had a great meal in the restaurant on site and enjoyed the bingo! The campsite looked clean and had a security barrier. The person who checked us in was very friendly! Hope to come back one day and actually stay the night!

Lady's Mile is a large park with both static and touring pitches. We went off season, the pitch was big enough for our camper and awning with room to spare. Toilet blocks were clean. Our pitch was close to the facilities, which was great, but it was noisy when the bar closed in the evening. This didn't bother us but it might affect others. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and the arcade. There is a handy shop and laundrette on site. Payments in the arcade and laundrette were through a payment card you loaded at reception or the arcade kiosk. There is an outdoor pool but it wasn't open due to the time of year we were there. The bar/restaurant was really large and entertainment is provided in the higher season. Staff were all conscientious and friendly. The location was convenient but it was about a 20 min walk or a short drive to the sea front in Dawlish. There is a Sainsbury's about 1/2 mile from the site. We would definitely visit again.

Arrived and the staff were awesome, the site is perfect. Shelves in the disabled room could have helped but most definitely no complaints! Food was omg mouth wateringly delicious, the steak just melted! Will be booking again, loved it.

Staff were welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Great place for dog owners, as there is a large dog walking field and Dawlish Warren beach is a short walk away. There was mention of an additional charge via a pre paid card for electric hook-up when I booked, but no mention of this when I arrived. Fortunately, I lasted 2 nights without the need to plug in. There are loads of toilets/showers, which were always clean. Whilst the showers are dated, they were all functional and had plenty of hot water.
