About the site
The site sits on a stunning elevated spot overlooking Shieldaig Island, which has been attracting campers for decades. Situated in the heart of this historic little fishing village, you can make use of the amenities provided in the village. Nothing is far away, including a pub, seafood restaurant, coffee shop and village stores, and those on site. Twenty electric hardstanding pitches offer plenty of space for campervans/caravans. Space is also provided for a number of small tent pitches. Feeling like adding some luxury? Why not stay in one of the three beautiful ensuite glamping cabins. All enjoying stunning ocean views and private decking areas, you might even catch a dolphin splashing in the bay! These cabins have a full ensuite and shower with a stunning all glass frontage. Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and linen are all provided too. Inside the cabin you'll find a double bed, full kitchen with Belfast sink, hob, combi oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's also a Smart TV and seating area to relax and enjoy the views. It has all underfloor heating too so you'll stay nice and cosy inside. Make the most of this relaxing and welcoming stop off for those exploring the North West Highlands.

Site rules and policies
We are a very relaxed site with not too many rules. Our one and only golden rule is regarding noise! After 10pm we kindly ask for silence across the site as we are in a residential area. If you are looking for a noisy site to party in to the night we may not be the site for you!
Things to do on site and in the Strathcarron area
Shieldaig and Wester Ross offers excellent low and high level walking trails, plus some of the finest shellfish for you to try and top mountain biking and road cycling routes.
With so much water around there's also open water swimming, kayaking, fishing and more.
