About the site
Family-friendly touring on a action-packed mountain resort nestled in the Highlands, with snowboarding, skiing, biking and more! There are 15 pitches, all of which are set on hardstanding gravel and have 16 amp electric hook-up. Pitches measure 6m x 5m and are suitable for campervans and motorhomes only. The pitches are just a couple of minutes walk to the gondola base station, so you'll have easy access to the slopes. As a business, the resort offer year-round mountain access to 200,000 skiers, snowboarders, climbers, bikers, hillwalkers and sightseers, making it the perfect place for adrenaline seekers. Dogs are welcome onsite just please keep them under control at all times. Campfires are not permitted. Please note, the facilities block is a short walk away from the pitches at the gondola base station.

Great location, poor value for money

The location is great, great hikes nearby. However, water pipes had frozen so no access to water. We were provided with a keycard to the facilities that did not work and the electric on our pitch didn't work either - which, after a lot of messing around we ended up plugging in to another pitch. The reception was shut from 4pm to 9.30am, so we had no access to facilities for that time due to our faulty keycard. Gondola and all lifts were shut the entire time we were there and we spoke to others who had been there multiple days with everything being shut with the promise it would open soon, shocking considering mid February. Seems like a good place for mountain biking but skiing or snowboarding I wouldn't bother. Plenty of free places to stay overnight nearby to enjoy the area.

A beautiful location and well laid out! Direct access within minutes to the Gondola, restaurant and cycle paths! The staff were helpful and friendly. Sadly our pitch hook up didn't work, having to move after setting up was a bit annoying, but all units worked on the other side of the site. The washrooms are spotless, very modern with proper spacious shower cubicles so everything stays dry and warm! Lovely facilities in a super location for an action packed break 😄

Now that the prices have increased dramatically for 2025 (£34.25, one person for one night, a £5.25 increase), I'm not sure l will be returning, which is a shame as it is a wonderful location. I thought the showers and toilets areas were unclean, and they hadn't been cleaned for the first 3 days out my 4 day stay. The roof of the onsite Shelter had been blown off and was never repaired, and the floor of this shelter was like an ice rink, an accident waiting to happen. The pipes were frozen on the day of departure and there was no fresh water to be had on the actual site. If you raise prices, it has to be followed up by good service, and unfortunately I feel this site isn't. One thing l will say is the girls on the paying kiosk are excellent, and must have the patience of a Saint! (Well Done to you all)

Hi Ian, Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm really sorry that you've had a bad experience at the Nevis Range Campervan Park. We are currently in the process of recruiting a cleaner to make sure all our facilities are up to speck again. Apologies regarding the shelter roof, it has been flagged to us and it's currently on the process of being rectified. The taps do freeze with colder temperatures and we have an alternative tap at the front of the Pinemarten Cafe, which unfortunately on this occasion, was out of action as we are pulling the café toilets apart. Therefore we were offering drinking water from the Trails' End Bar instead, but this may have not been passed to you, so once again my most sincere apologies. We really hope you'll come back to see us when things are back to normal, as I thought you were a delight at Ticket Office. Regards Raquel Bookings Team

You'll never be short of things to do at this adventurous campsite! Take a gondola ride from where you're staying 650m up Aonach Mor mountain, the neighbouring mountain of Ben Nevis. From here you can take part in some incredible activities including skiing, snowboarding and hiking.
There's also an incredible mountain biking track that you can access from site, a great way to explore local woodlands. Bikes can even be hired right onsite if you don't want to bring your own.
