Lovely stop-over. Arrived late, so reception closed, but they had left out a welcome pack which included dog treats. Beautiful bathrooms! Wasn't able to use electricity as hadn't realised you needed a special card with credit, but that's because I'm a newbie at this!
Site's response
Hello, thank you for your review. The casual pitches are pre loaded with electric so you don't need the card, you just plug your electric cable in, turn the dial and they are ready to use. Details of how to do this are also on your arrival email and in your welcome pack. I hope this helps for any future visits and hope to see you again soon :) Thank you - Redford Caravan Park.

What a little gem! Lovely site clean & well looked after. The only thing we would have liked is somewhere a bit nearer to have food but we managed perfectly well!! Can't wait to return next year.

Wi-Fi is chargeable at £5 a day, which I thought was disappointing for £50 a night. No mobile or data signal on the site so your mobile won't work on Virgin, EE, 02 or iD mobile, we had all the networks!
Site's response
Hello, Thank you for your review. I'm sure you can appreciate that we cannot be held responsible or are able to do anything about phone signal unfortunately. Pembrokeshire has lots of wonderful qualities but phone signal is not one of them and is completely out of our control. With regards to the Wi-Fi, this is currently provided by a third party and nothing to do with the park, we will happily help you if you were unhappy with the service they provided. We are currently installing free park Wi-Fi throughout the caravan park and awaiting materials. This service will be available shortly. I noticed that you have given 2 stars for facilities, was this just for the Wi-Fi? I do hope that you enjoyed the fully serviced electric pitch, welcome pack including toiletries, swimming pool, play areas, games room, clubhouse, doggy play park and other free to use facilities on the park that was all included in the price you paid. I also notice that you have given 3 stars for staff helpfulness. If you could kindly inform me of how or why this is please so I can look into any issues you may of had that we were unable to help you with. I believe when you checked in, you were given your welcome pack, code and directions. Also when you came into reception asking about bus time tables, you were given the information you requested and was asked if there was anything that we could help you with. I would like to apologise for any phone and Wi-Fi service issues you had, and do hope you'll visit us again soon. Thank you.
