There's easy access to the coastal path, too - the perfect adventure to bring along your dog! This peaceful family seaside getaway offers touring and camping with spacious pitches. Lodges and static caravans are also available.

About Silver Sands Holiday Park

Set in the dramatic and beautiful countryside of the Lizard Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty, the holiday park is ideal for families, couples and singles. The site has plenty to offer, whether you want 'away from it all' relaxation or a more active sightseeing and touring holiday in Cornwall. The site features a choice of grass and hardstanding camping and touring pitches in a mature parkland setting in Cornwall. There are both electric and non electric pitches available. A shop and local pub are located just a ten minute walk away for your convenience. There are various scenic walks across the southwest coast available from the site. The site is a family-run holiday park and understands how important the little touches are in making your holiday experience a truly good one. Up to three dogs are permitted per pitch. Open fires are permitted in raised fire pits, and BBQs are also permitted as long as they are raised from the ground.

Silver Sands Holiday Park is open from 29/03 to 04/10 in 2024 and from 14/03 to 02/11 in 2025.

Facilities and amenities

Site facilities include a toilet block offering showers, a family toilet and shower room, and washing up area for campers. Freezers are also onsite for guest useage. A laundrette with washing machines and tumble dryers is available, as are multiple play areas, BBQ area, and information hut. WiFi is also available, free of charge.

For children, there is a sand pit, a play area, a separate play area for under 6's and an open grassy area where ball games can be played. The site has a one acre field for you to exercise your dogs. There is electric car charging available for an additional fee.

Beautiful, clean campsite, not too far from a nice beach but not a gentle walk! Lovely little site, very well kept with a nice laid back vibe. Hot showers and clean facilities. Lovely play park for the kids. Pitches are ample size and very well thought out with hedges or trees dividing them. There's a lovely beach about a mile away but it's a bit of a mission through beautiful woodland on an uneven, rocky path- a lot of calf burn, but well worth it if you're able. The host was friendly and welcoming and always a phone call away if you needed assistance. This campsite is quite far away from basic amenities and other places we visited were quite far away - for this reason, we probably would not return but we've had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Motorhome - Hardstanding Fully Serviced PitchesJul 2024

Lovely quiet site, not for you if you want lively! Lots of families and couples, tents, caravans and motorhomes. Nice path down to the beach. Also a separate path to a local pub and Thai takeaway. We came in a large motorhome, so walked to beach. Noticed some campers got supermarket home deliveries. Stock up before you arrive, there is also a freezer on site if needed.
