It's worth dragging yourself away from the hot tub to explore Kent - 'the garden of England'. Leeds Castle is packed with entertainment and animal shows, and you'll love Canterbury Cathedral. The stunning gardens at Sissinghurst are also must-sees. Plus, when you need some serious coastline, there are glorious beaches at Deal, Broadstairs and Folkestone.
For walkers, there's the North Downs Way or the Greensand Way, where you can step through incredibly picturesque landscapes. Alternatively, you could tour Biddenden vineyards and explore some of the many art galleries and boutiques.
Other things to explore in Kent include:
- The White Cliffs of Dover
- Dover Castle
- The Historic Dockyard Chatham
- Royal St. Georges Golf Club
