For glampers this is a secluded hideaway nestled amongst the rolling hills and clear streams of the Yealm Valley. It's an ideal retreat where you'll find peaceful camping with a luxury twist. Each luxurious Sunridge Cube offers a studio glamping cabin interior with all the modern touches you could need. These chic and modern spaces offer a kitchen with an electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and gas hob, plus a fabulous Big Screen 3D Ultra HD 4k with surround sound which allows you to have your own at home cinema. There are also ensuite pristine facilities and an elevated area where you can get a perfect night's rest on a kingsize mattress. Gamers will love that the Cubes have an Xbox One and top of the range TVs too! Outside you can relax in the sun on the decking or dip in your private hot tub. Both cubes can be rented together for larger groups. Or how about the EcoPod, which makes a lovely, luxurious escape in a cabin for two. Here you can chill out, open the bifolds and be completely surrounded by all that nature has to offer. Inside is a modern German kitchen perfect for rustling up a meal, with a fridge, gas hob and electric fan oven for your mod cons. The pod is ensuite with a powerful gas fired shower for those relaxing soaks, toilet and sink combo to maximise on space and a large towel radiator. All of this comes with toasty underfloor heating. All around you is a private lawn, where you can relax on a picnic bench under the shade of a parasol. There's a handy sofa bed inside if you fancy some shade where you can relax and watch a blockbuster film on the 50 inch 3D HD TV, complete with 3D glasses and a selection of movies! For gamers, a PS4 is the ultimate extra treat. Alternatively, there's the option of a luxury glamping stay in a geodesic dome here too. Complete with its very own private hot tub, this modern and stylish retreat is ideal for a family break or couples getaway. The open plan interior provides plenty of space to cook, relax and make yourself at home. Step inside the dome and you'll notice the comfy bed, and it's also equipped with air con, central heating and a 4K TV with high definition and the choice of a PS4 or Xbox One to play videogames on too. Sunridge also includes a lodge which is a converted barn with hot tub, set in four acres of gorgeous countryside. It features a cutting edge interior with a hand-built, cedar-clad hot tub where you can relax and float away.

Facilities are ensuite and self contained within the glamping units. There is an onsite golden carp lake, perfect for fishing.

It was our first timing staying here and we already can't wait to go back! We stayed in Cube 2 and it was unbelievable. It smelt amazing, it was spotless and just overall a lovely place to stay. Next time we will definitely be staying longer! Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic beautiful place this is. Accommodation was immaculate, had everything and more that you could possibly need. I will 100% be going back, but for longer than the two days I went for. Great communication with the owner giving directions and so on. I highly rate this place and cant wait to return.

I'm not sure whether glamping is an accurate description for the cubes at Sunridge, but if it is then they're certainly on the luxury end of the spectrum! I stayed in cube 1 with my girlfriend for 2 nights and had an amazing time! The cube was immaculately presented and was extremely well equipped. There are too many great things to list them all here but the highlights for us were the projector with an image which filled the wall, coupled with speakers in the walls and ceiling for a true home cinema experience! Another great facility was the private hot tub just outside the cube. We will definitely stay here again in the future and would thoroughly recommend it! :)

Things to do on site and in the Plymouth area
Situated in the beautiful, bosky heart of Devon, the site is close to numerous local beauty spots, including Salcombe coast (15 minutes) and Dartmoor National Park (20 minutes).
Minutes away are beaches to die for. In winter, spring or summer, many remain deserted and unspoiled. They're so beautiful that they are often used for film sets. Mothercombe Beach, just five minutes away, was used as a location for Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility, as was nearby Saltram House (20 minutes), a huge Georgian period property, once the largest country seat in Devon.
On your doorstep there are miles and miles of country trails along the River Erme (15 minutes) and the dramatic south west coast path offers scenery that is breathtaking.
Down alleyways and through archways in some of the older villages like Dartmouth (45 minutes), you will find craft shops, pastry shops, local jewellers and organic-only cafe's where you can enjoy a splendid cream tea. The Inns and restaurants in the region are as sophisticated and accomplished as any you'd find in London.
