About the site

The site aims to encourage families and friends to slow down, breathe, relax and reconnect with each other. The two large safari tents are situated in a six-acre meadow, surrounded by five acres of private woodland. Plenty of space for adults, children and four-legged friends to wander, run, hop, skip, jump or just sit and listen to the sounds of the nature around you. Each tent sleeps up to six, with a fully fitted bathroom and a kitchen that includes a hob, fridge, sink, cutlery, and crockery. You can snuggle on the big leather sofa and squishy bean bags whilst playing the board games provided, or simply enjoy being together talking and reconnecting. Books also provided. You have the choice of dining inside, or you can choose to eat at the table on your elevated deck looking out over the beautiful Devon countryside whilst watching the chef burn the sausages on the gas barbecue situated on your private patio area! After dinner, retire to the comfy seats on the patio and toast marshmallows over your fire pit. The site is located mid-way between the North Devon Coast and Dartmoor offering you plenty of variety throughout your stay.

The site is open from 1st April until 31st October. Weather permitting, the site may be open into November.
