A note from the site themselves...
Silverburn is the former estate of The Russell family who were owners of the Tullis Russell paper making business. The site has since been sold multiple times, even once being a mini zoo with exotic animals.
In 2013, Fife Council chose Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) as the preferred partner to take over the management and regeneration of the park under a lease. Since then, we have secured funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. We have put great efforts into our revigorated biodiversity onsite and will continue to do more!

Great little site, easy walk into Leven, in the bus route for East Neuk. Beside garden centre with a café facility onsite. Easy walk to beautiful beach.
Some construction on site during working hours but it wasn't too noisy at all and we were told beforehand. The facilities were clean and staff friendly, we would deffo return.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Campervan PitchesMar 2025
First time on this site and we were first greeted by a woman in the cafe who was very friendly and helpful, and called Scott, who came along. He showed us the layout of the site and was very informative and helpful.
The pitch we got was excellent and had everything we needed. Pitched up, then went a lovely walk along the beach which is 5 minutes away. BBQ for our dinner then relaxed the rest of the night with a fire pit and a few drinks. Lovely walk around the gardens there in the morning, then another walk along the beach before heading home.]
We had a really great time and we can't wait to go back.
