Langstone Manor is a peaceful campsite. We found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. The croissants freshly baked onsite were delicious. We were lucky with the weather and took a walk through an access gate from the site which led onto a lane leading straight onto the Moor. The dog friendly onsite restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and served up the most delicious lightly battered fish with chips and side salad. There was a small shop at the reception area with plenty of maps and leaflets to plan days out.

Ideal location for walking on Dartmoor. Views are spectacular if you use the side gate and walk up on to the tor. Site was everything you need, showers, laundry and washing facilities. They even have a dog shower.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a lovely time. There is a cute little restaurant on site which is handy, especially when weather is bad and cannot cook. All staff were very friendly. We camped in a tent, the pitch was pretty big, and we had our own table. The showers and loo were impeccable. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a wonders at Langstone. The site is perfectly situated for walking on the moor. The staff were great and they were flexible when we needed to shift our stay by one day. A great campsite.

The campsite is very well maintained. Meet and greet was very friendly and we were shown to our pitch, not just told where it was. On site facilities that we used - shower rooms were lovely and clean, restaurant staff very friendly, as was the food. The grounds very well maintained 😀

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Site is a few miles along a very narrow road, with limited passing places, but doable - not for the faint hearted. Site was spotlessly clean, fair size pitches. Toilets and showers dated, but kept spotless. Highlight was the meals in the manor house, which were superb both nights and worth the drive here.

We arrived way past the deadline for checking in, but the man and women who greeted us went above and beyond to make sure we still got a pitch and knew where everything was! Made the short stay even better when the service is that good!

Well managed site, although some pitches are quite small. It was August and jam packed, but we will return in September when quieter. Excellent location for Tavistock which has a great fun pool and stunning pannier market. Cycle path from Tavistock to Plymouth, so lots of activity options.

Nice pitch for our campervan. Spotless facilities. The staff were very nice and professional. The possibility to order bread for the morning was really appreciated, along with the croissants and pains au chocolat. The location was ideal for a day walk on the moor.

My partner and I regularly go on camping holidays, however, this time we wanted it to be a little more special as I was purchasing my wedding ring from Calstock, so we organised the holiday around this. After a 7 hour car journey in the rain, it was so lovely to enter the pod where we could just relax. The facilities in the pod were clean and exactly what we needed! The restaurant was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This place is great, this is our second visit this year. Beautiful location, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, if needed. Various types of accommodation available along with the camping. The site is kept immaculately clean and tidy, the facilities are immaculately clean as well. We ate in the onsite restaurant this time. The food was freshly cooked to order, it was very nice and tasty. We would recommend this site to everyone and we will definitely be going back again.

Excellent. Friendly staff. I do like my showers a little bit warmer as a preference and our pitch was a little bit of a squeeze, but all was good. Will be going back! A really nice peaceful break, most enjoyable. Thanks, Keith and Jan.

Lovely camp site with good sized pitches and well maintained. Great for walks on Dartmoor and only a one hour walk to Tavistock. The Manor House serves good food and a place to meet other campers from the site. Good shop selling good produce and fresh bakery products. Will be going back soon 👍 Shower rooms we ok but cold in the mornings as all the windows and doors are left open.
Always a great place to stop over for a few nights

Have stayed in the pods before now and this time in the T5. Can't fault it for access to the cycle route 27 and the moor in general for the main reason for being there. The restaurant has a good selection of food and great beers from Bays. However, the 4G signal on my phone was weak, so be prepared if you need Wi-Fi access, but there is a site Wi-Fi available at a charge. I'll defo be back again.
Very well managed site

Great short stay. Quiet park with very clean facilities. Cute Manor House and restaurant with a small games room. Staff very friendly, courteous and informative. Darren the chef kindly let us taste his excellent tagine he was making. Only downside was the weather, though we did manage a climb to the Tor behind the site and kids were chuffed to find some geo caches. Would recommend.
