About the site
If you're after a seaside getaway, then look no further! This tranquil site is ideally located just five minutes from the picturesque Saunton Sands Beach and has a whole host of great amenities from a food truck and designated dog walk to surfboard and wetsuit hire. The site has 147 grass pitches, all measuring 9m x 9m. All grass pitches are suitable for tents, campervans, caravans and trailer tents, whilst the electric grass pitches are also suitable for motorhomes and have a 16 amp electric hook up. There are also 11 hardstanding pitches with 16 amp electric hook up which are suitable for caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs. For those after a little luxury, the site also has five bell tents to choose from. The unfurnished 4m and 5m bell tent both come with fairy lights, a doormat and fire extinguisher. Camp beds are available as an optional extra. Both the 4m and 5m furnished bell tents have beds inside as well as a rug, fairy lights, a table and fire extinguisher, with bedding available for an extra fee. The 4m bell tents sleep up to three guests, while the 5m bell tents sleep up to four. Guests can also opt for The View furnished bell tent, which sleeps two and has a comfy double bed, chest of drawers, lamp, heater, cooking equipment, and tea and coffee-making facilities! Outside is a washing up station, picnic bench, and seating. All bell tents have access to shared toilet and shower facilities. From a food truck serving up tasty breakfasts and dinners to the children's play park, there is plenty on site to keep the whole family entertained. For those after dinner al fresco, gas and charcoal BBQs are permitted, please just make sure they are raised off the ground. Open fires are not allowed. This site is perfect for pups, with up to three dogs allowed per pitch and an onsite dog walking area!

Arrival times: check-in is strictly from 12 o'clock midday.
Departure time: by 10.30 am.
Pup Tents: Are small 2 x man tents and are only to be used by children. All tents used by anyone 16 yrs or over will require an additional pitch and charged at the normal tent rate as per tariff.
Walkers / Cyclists welcome: The rate is a single person, one night, no car and for one night only. Price on request.
Maximum of 6 persons per pitch including children. Any extras are at management's discretion.
Things to do on site and in the Braunton area
Saunton Sands Beach (5 minutes) is one of the most spectacular beaches in the area, stretching for three miles with soft golden sand and rolling dunes. It's a fantastic spot for sunbathing, swimming, or surfing, with plenty of space to enjoy a peaceful walk along the shore. You can even hire surfboards, body boards and wetsuits onsite!
Just behind the beach, Braunton Burrows (5 minutes) is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, home to an incredible variety of plants, birds, and butterflies. The dunes here are great for walking, with trails that wind through the scenic landscape.
If you're looking for a family fun day out, The Big Sheep (30 minutes) is a popular attraction with everything from roller coasters and live sheep races to a brewery and gin distillery.
