About the site
This small eco glamping site is a great spot for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some much needed peace and quiet. Located between Duirinish and Plockton, the site is surrounded by stunning unspoilt scenery, with fabulous views over the Isle of Skye and the Applecross peninsula. If you're heading on a family getaway, opt for a stay in the Fuselage glamping pod. Sleeping up to four, the eco pod comes furnished with a table and bench seating that convert into a double bed, plus two single twin bunk beds. Please note that the upper bunk bed has a weight limit of 60kg Positioned on the edge of the site, the pod enjoys unspoilt views over the coast to Skye. A short walk away you will also find a private double-glazed garden room with comfy seating, crockery, cutlery, a fridge and Airfryer. For something extra unique, The Tree Tent sleeps up to two and is suspended amongst the canopy and above the forest floor. The circular structure is home to a double bed, folding seats and a side table, with a perspex roof and windows for bird spotting. To access the tree tent, guests will need to climb the wooden staircase. Inside both the Fuselage glamping pod and the Tree Tent, you will also find a wood-burning stove and luxury bedding to keep you nice and cosy. You will also have an allocated bathroom in the shared block with your own flushing loo, hand basin, shower, Dyson hand dryer and heated towel rail. Highland Soap Company soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels are provided too. Please note, dogs are not allowed onsite. Open fires and BBQs are not permitted.

The Fuselage Glamping Pod

Eco pod with a table / double bed, twin bunk beds - 60kg upper, seating and a wood burning stove. Private garden room nearby with seating, a fridge and Air Fryer . Private toilet and heated shower within a shared block nearby. Bedding and towels provided
The Tree Tent
Max 2 people
Suspended tree tent with side roll windows, sky light and wooden access stairs. Inside is a double bed, folding seating/single bed a side table and wood burning stove. Private flushing WC and hot shower facilities within a shared block are nearby.

One of the biggest draws to the site is the opportunity for bird watching. Bring a pair of binoculars and enjoy spotting different breeds such as blue tits, goldfinches, house martins, woodpeckers and more!
The coast is also only a five minute drive away, known for its amazing dramatic landscapes. Enjoy peaceful seaside strolls or wildlife spotting!
For those wanting to head out to sea, Calum's Seal Trips are based a five minute drive from the site and offer a range of different expeditions where you will have the opportunity to see seals, otters, eagles and dolphins.
