The site offers an idyllic location 15 minutes walk into the historic town of Caernarfon, and convenient for reaching Snowdonia and Anglesey's beaches on the Lleyn Peninsula. It's great for families, offering both calm relaxation and plenty of fun activities in the surrounding area. You're staying on a dairy farm with lots of friendly animals. Hendy offers 13 large, fully serviced pitches. The pitches are spacious so there's plenty of room for a caravan, awning and car. Every pitch comes with an electricity supply so that you can hook up your devices.

Things to do on site and in the Caernarfon area
Children and adults love to meet the small calves and lambs during lambing season on the dairy farm and there are many friendly animals to get to know.
Snowdonia offers a great variety of activities for everyone of all ages and being only a stone's throw away makes Hendy the perfect location.
Caernarfon is the nearest town situated on the Menai Straights offering great views. It has many independent shops and cafes for you to test out and browse.
Even though Caernarfon Castle was built by the King Edward I of England and is enormous beside the town, you will be greeted by a very Welsh welcome with over 80% of the population Welsh speakers. The Cofis are very welcoming and if your looking for a real Welsh experience and a cultural treat, Caernarfon is the place to be.
The Welsh Highland Railway and Lon Eifion cycle route run across the entrance to Hendy so there are ample opportunities to explore more by foot, bicycle, train or car.
