About King's Lynn Caravan and Camping Park

Set in ten acres of Norfolk parkland, this friendly and family-run caravan and camping park offers a great base for exploring Norfolk and the Fens. It's located at the edge of the village of North Runcton, close to the market town of King's Lynn. A variety of flat and manicured grass and hardstanding pitches (including seasonal pitches) are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes, each allowing up to ten people per pitch. For anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of bringing their own accommodation, the eight mega pods each sleep up to four adults in a double bed and sofa bed. Please bring bedding. There is lighting, an electric heater, Freeview TV and a small fridge, microwave and kettle. Outside is your own picnic bench and BBQ. Inside the spacious pods, you'll find lights, electric, a toasty heater and comfy beds including a sofa bed and a double bed. They sleep up to four adults, with a small fridge, kettle, microwave and Freeview TV. Outside is a spot for sizzling up a BBQ. In addition, there are four ensuite elite pods sleeping up to four people. These are equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and TV. For that extra bit of luxury, stay in the side entry pods sleeping up to six. The pod contains, a double bed, double sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, WiFi and a TV. There are also 17 holiday lodges, nine with three bedrooms allowing up to six people and eight with two bedrooms, for up to five. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and separate bathroom. These are spacious, have their own decking and are perfect for family holidays. This is an ideal spot for exploring wider Norfolk and the Fens, and is also just 25 minutes from the coast and Snettisham beach. A maximum of two dogs are allowed on each of the camping and touring pitches, as well as the lodges. No dogs are allowed in the pods. Fires are allowed if off the ground.

King's Lynn Caravan and Camping Park is open all year round in 2024 and 2025.

Facilities and amenities

A modern eco facilities block has underfloor heating, hair dryers, hand dryers, disabled facilities, family bathroom, laundry and washing up facilities. The site also has a small shop serving basic supplies, and WiFi. You can buy gas on site and there is an ice pack freezer.

The Gate Inn pub is just a short 20 minute walk away and for larger food shops, there's a Sainsbury's just a five minute drive away.

Twin Axle Caravan - Hardstanding PitchesOct 2024

The staff were friendly and helpful. The washroom facilities always clean and tidy. The only problem was the space between the caravans. It was a good base for traveling around site seeing.
