Little Satmar Coastal Park offers camping and touring away from the bustle of life, located ideally between Folkestone town and the Channel tunnel. For European travellers, Dover and the Ferry port are on hand, plus there's easy access to all Kent has to offer. Enjoy coastal calm and take trips to the Kent Downs AONB.
About Little Satmar
Little Satmar is a quiet, peaceful park just a short walk away from beautiful cliff top paths with splendid views across the English Channel and beaches below. The nearby town of Folkestone offers local shops, cobbled streets and everything you need, but the park itself is set in charming rural surrounds by a clifftop village. On offer are 45 touring pitches with 3 hardstanding areas. There are EHUs available for many pitches and tall trees surrounding the site provide pleasant shade and shelter.
The site is open from mid February until mid December, depending on weather.

Site rules and policies
1. Should you fail to arrive on your initial date without prior notification, the park reserve the right to reallocate
your plot by noon the following day and your payment will be non-refundable.
2. All children must be supervised when using the parks facilities.
3. Children on cycles, skateboards, rollerblades etc must be supervised at all times.
4. We only allow clip on washing racks to be used on the park.
5. Ball games are not allowed between the caravans.
6. Please refrain from playing loud music to the annoyance of others, nor after 10.00pm.
7. Barbecues are welcome, but must be raised from the ground.
8. Please keep your pet on its lead and do not allow it to foul the park. Only one pet is allowed unless prior approval is granted.
9. Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon unless by prior arrangement with the office.
10. Bicycles should not be ridden continuously around the park to the annoyance of other park users.
11. Other than authorized trades people commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park.

Things to do on site and in the Folkestone area
On certain dates throughout the year Little Satmar often holds activities in the park, which might include Easter egg hunts, and fun events for all the family.
Nearby there are beautiful cliff top paths with splendid views across the Channel. You'd be mad not to walk the rugged paths and feel the sea breeze.
Nearby attractions include the Hawkinge Battle of Britain museum with its stunning collection of artefacts that will inspire history buffs. There's also Port Lympne Reserve- known as Kent's best safari.
