Single Axle Caravan - Hardstanding Electric Touring PitchesOct 2024

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the onsite cafe, but it looked pleasant inside and out. Quite an out of the way location, but a very attractive site with beautiful trees and lakes. The pitches were pleasant, set out in small groups with a water tap.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding PitchesSep 2024

This is a beautiful, peaceful site. We stayed on a gravelled serviced pitch which was of a good size. The shower room and toilets were clean. The only drawback was that they were a long walk from them. If you are of poor mobility like me, it's a bit far. We ended up having to drive round to them. Not a major problem, but one that you might need to consider. Also, the lock on the ladies is hard to use. We called at the cafe for a bacon bun but unfortunately, they didn't have any bread so we can't comment on that either, although others on the site said they were very good. We didn't fish ourselves but there were always lots of people fishing daily.

Excellent

Single Axle Caravan - Hardstanding Electric Touring PitchesAug 2024

Nice place with beautiful views. Plenty of space for caravans or motorhomes, possibility of fishing or walks among trees. Dog friendly. Very nice owners, clean facilities and peaceful campsite all the time. Perfect for relaxing. Only EV charger available on campsite doesn't work.
