About the site

This secluded working Derbyshire farm in the small hamlet of Blackwell has plenty to offer - not least its location in the national park. There are 30 hardstanding touring pitches with 16-Amp electric, a water tap and even a digital TV connection for when you want to wind down at the end of the day. Campers aren't neglected either, with space across three fields and optional 10-Amp electric on a metered system.

The site is open all year round for tourers on hardstanding, whilst the tent camping fields are open from March until November.

A note from the site themselves...

Beech Croft Farm has been in the family since the 70's, John's (Dad's) parents diversified in to camping and caravan park and created the then, Cottage Farm Caravan and Camping Park.

Julie and John (Mum and Dad) took over the park in 2007 and the name was changed to Beech Croft Farm, since then put their heart and soul in to the park, investing in making significant changes but making sure they don't lose that, small family friendly feel.

Welcoming guests back time and time again is so rewarding, and meeting new guests is always amazing too.

We try to take on board any ideas our guests have, if we think its a good idea, and if they are doable, affordable and agreed by The Peak Park Authority we try our best to get it done.

Running the park is not just a job, it is a way of life for us and hopefully many generations to come!
