Beacon Cottage Farm Holidays is located on the St. Agnes Heritage Coast, within a ten minute walk of Chapel Porth Beach and the National Trust Wheal Coates landmark. There are non electric, electric and fully serviced pitches, all enjoying either amazing sea views or are sheltered by shrubs and trees. Families and dogs are also welcome, with an onsite play area and exercise field. The site is five minutes from the South West Coastal Path.

About Beacon Cottage Farm Holidays

Situated in an AONB on the St. Agnes Heritage Coast, this family friendly park offers an ideal base for a peaceful seaside getaway. The site benefits from glorious sea views and dark skies for star gazing, with the sandy Chapel Porth Beach also a ten minute walk away. The park is divided into six small level paddock areas, two enjoying coastal views and easy access to the play area. The other four paddocks are set back from the coastline, surrounded by trees and shrubbery for shelter. All of the pitches onsite are suitable for tents, trailer tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes. There are nine non electric grass pitches that allow up to two guests each, plus 45 electric grass pitches with 10 amp hook ups, each allowing up to four people. The site is also home to six fully serviced all weather pitches. There is a rubber matting with a grass covering, meaning they cope better in wet conditions, with 10 amp electric hooks up, water and a drainage hook up. Some seasonal pitches and caravan storage are available onsite too. Dogs are welcome to join you for your stay, with up to three pups permitted per pitch. There is even a 2.5 acre walking field for them to stretch their legs! Evenings can be best spent onsite enjoying a BBQ, with both gas and charcoal raised BBQs permitted. Do note, open fires are not allowed.

Facilities and amenities

Facilities are located in converted barns and include toilets and showers with hairdryers, baby baths and baby changing stations. There are three family shower rooms with baby baths for those with young children. The laundry area includes hot water, washing machines, a spin dryer, tumble dryers, iron, dishwashing, clothes washing and food preparation sinks.

There is also WiFi and a freezer available for ice packs. For children, there is a play area with swings, slides, tunnels, balancing bars and a sandpit, plus a large area for ball games. For dogs, there's a 2.5 acre exercise field.

Several catering vans call at the site throughout the week, including fish and chips, a butcher selling local meats and cheeses, and a coffee van selling coffees, teas, and other treats. The site offers secure caravan storage either indoors or out. A Spar, the Railway Inn and The Cornish Farm shop are a five minute drive away. The Wheal Coates Tea Room are also within a five minute walk.
