About the site

The site provides you with a glamping base that's ideal for exploring the Lake District whether you're here for a weekend or two weeks. There's direct access to Blencathra from the site too. Wake up to panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from one of six camping pods. All include a full size double bed, double sofa bed, shower, toilet, WiFi, kitchen with two ring rob, fridge and microwave, living area with TV and dining table. You'll also find a private patio area outside your pod, along with outdoor seating. Two pods, Bluebell and Holly Tree, also welcome dogs. The camping barn onsite is ideal for group stays. Sleeping up to 14 people, the barn includes beds, showers, toilets, cooking utensils, TV, WiFi, heating. Please note that towels and toiletries are not provided in the barn.

All six glamping pods include their own shower and toilet and small kitchen. The camping barn has two shower rooms and a fitted kitchen with cutlery and crockery.

There are two pubs just over a two minute drive away both serving food.
