About Ridge Farm Camping and Caravan Park
Ridge Farm is a family-run camping and caravan site on a small farm, which offers a peaceful location. You'll be ideally situated to explore the local Jurassic Coast with its many coastal walks and stunning views. On offer are grass pitches to suit tents, caravans and motorhomes. These are available as either standard pitches or semi-serviced pitches with EHU. Pitches generally accommodate units and tents of 6.5m.

Site rules and policies
Maximum size of touring unit or tent - 6.5m, minimum 3 night booking for bank holidays, families, couples and singles only, sorry no groups. Charges are from noon to noon, no commercial vehicles, the management reserve the right of admission.
Things to do on site and in the Wareham area
The park is ideally situated for the beautiful Purbeck Hills, the Jurassic Coastline and the wonderful sandy beaches at Studland and Sandbanks. The attractions of Wareham, Swanage, Poole and Bournemouth are all within easy reach. The park makes an ideal base for walking, cycling, bird-watching and quiet enjoyment of the lovely Purbeck countryside.
Local attractions include the Arne RSPB and Nature Reserve with its wonderful walks and views. The Purbeck Cycleway with its bridleways and footpaths is another great choice.
The Saxon town of Wareham provides many attractions throughout the year and on the quay Wareham Boat Hire offer paddle boarding, kayaking, rowing and motor boat hire. The quay in Wareham also provides a Saturday morning market, these activities are all within walking distance from where you're staying. There are also Brownsea Island ferries so you can take river trips to the Island.
Golf is available at the Isle of Purbeck Golf Course and the family friendly pitch and putt in Swanage, horse riding at Studland Stables, sea and river fishing at Wareham and Poole, with sailing, windsurfing, surfing and kite-surfing also extremely popular in the area.
Throughout the six week summer period Wareham Wednesdays - a local charitable organisation - offer live music, entertainment and fireworks for all the family.
Climbing is another sport practised along the coast with diving courses on offer on Swanage Victorian Pier and Dorset Waterpark, based at Corfe castle, is a top family day out.
