About Hartridge Springs
Nestled beneath a woodland nature reserve in East Devon, this site provides beautifully furnished bell tents that sleep up to four and excellent spa facilities with plenty of space and privacy. Sleeping up to four, each bell tent contains everything you need to relax and indulge, from robes to comfortable furniture, including hardwood double beds and a cosy log burner. Solar electric batteries supply power with phone charging and ac/dc outlets. Outside, there's a private canopied dining area for al-fresco dining. All cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities at their leisure. Look out to the Blackdown Hills from the wood-fired sauna or try the hydrotherapy shower. Dogs are allowed onsite, just please keep them on the lead. Fire pits are permitted in the provided fire bowls, but please keep them raised off the grass. The site is licensed by the Woodland Champions Club, helping landowners create and manage woodland for the public to enjoy.

Things to do on site and in the Upottery area
Easy access from the site, you'll have 16 acres of private woodland. Walk through, and you might find yourself in the Hartridge Buddhist Monastery. On Sundays at 7 pm, you can sit in on the meditations or go and visit the monks with an offering.
Located in the Blackdown Hills, an Outstanding Natural Beauty area, many footpaths/ bridleways surround the site.
Plus, the Jurassic Coast Heritage Coast is just a 30-minute drive away. The seaside of Lyme Bay is a 40-minute drive with its many beaches, nice shops, the harbour and the coastal walks nearby.
