Doone Valley Campsite is family owned and run, set in a tranquil location suitable for families and couples. It's in the gorgeous Exmoor National Park, close to picturesque Lynton and (as the name suggests) in the heart of Lorna Doone country. Campfires and four legged friends welcome.
About Doone Valley Campsite
The campsite is bordered by a shallow stream and surrounded by trees and sweeping hills. It's a place where families can feel at home and relax in the countryside. Doone Valley offers level grass pitches, with a number of electric hook-ups available. There are also separate large events fields which suit organised groups and rallies of more than 20 people.

Level mown grass pitches in a camping field, with optional electric.
Group Pitches
Pitches for groups only, not available for individual bookings, in The Stone Circle Field, The Tree Field and The Pony Paddock. This area can sleep over 20 people.

Things to do on site and in the Lynton area
Put your best foot forward on the pretty Doone Valley walk and look out for glimpses of the local deer.
It's an easy 7 miles to Lynton, where the Valley of the Rocks is a big draw for walkers. For big adventure fans, Exmoor Adventures can set you up with canoeing, paddleboarding trips and excellent mountain biking trails.
