Just a 20 minute walk from Land's End and Sennen Cove, Seaview Holiday Park is an ideal spot for exploring South Cornwall. Both family and dog friendly, there are grass pitches with optional electric for tents and tourers, along with a range of cosy camping pods. Enjoy access to the great onsite facilities, including an outdoor pool, games room and crazy golf, with a pub within a two minute walk too. Penzance is also only 20 minutes away!

Had a quick stopover here following our son in the Ride Across Britain ride. We weren't going to make the 5.30pm check in, so I rang and was told this was no problem and what to do. There were only a few others camping when we were there, so it was really peaceful and we had plenty of space. In high summer, it could be busy. The toilets and shower block were close to the pitches and were really clean, with plenty of hot water. Again, they could be busy if the site is full. Our son used the outdoor swimming pool and it was perfect. There's a pub just outside the site, but sadly they stopped serving food at 7.30pm when we arrived at 8, so be aware and head there early! Overall a great site and highly recommend.

A good campsite close to Land’s End. Disappointment that the pool closed at 5pm and the shop too.

We arrived late, but the info had been left nice and clear on the reception door. The pitches were perfect for our tents and bikes. The facilities all worked and we were nice and comfortable in a quiet corner. The local pub was a stones throw and did good food too.

Perfect location, especially if the weather is good. We felt the Campsite unfortunately is quite run down, not very well maintained and the cleanliness very poor. Very limited toilets and showers, considering the size of the site. Toilets were always out of paper, hand towels and some had no soap. Only 2 sinks at the washing station, left covered in old food for days at a time. Again, limited showers for this size of the site, which were very small cubicles and not very clean, poor lighting. Pitches were not great, not a great size, one of ours had a big boulder in the floor! For the price of the site we definitely expected more. Would recommend that they put more bins around the entire campsite as having them all in 2 places across a big site, was unfortunately causing people to leave a lot of rubbish behind and pitches didn't appear to be checked before new guests arrived.

Excellent Holiday Park with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff in a fantastic location. Sennen Cove satisfies every holiday makers requirements, lovely beach, great coastal walks, fantastic pubs and eateries. Lands End is a short and pleasurable walk away.
Great campsite! Thank you

We loved this campsite, me and my 2 daughters. First time camping and it was the perfect spot for my 2 kids, they loved the park, swimming pool, soft play. When I seen the reviews of how close the pitches were, I did worry a little with no privacy, but it was great! Everyone was lovely, my children played with all the other children and doggies that were there, there was definitely enough privacy as everyone respected it and there was no noise during the night/morning apart from the little grasshoppers. Short distance from Land's End, which we all loved! Tuesday night, they had a firework display and was magical! Got very busy though, so I suggest if you do that, walk there and back as you'll be waiting for 30 minutes to get out the car park. We visited the Porthcurno beach which was only a 10 minute drive! This beach is like something out of a magazine! Blue water and golden sands. Showers by the campsite weren't all that great, especially for the kids as it's a push button to get the water out, but I'd recommend going to the other block of showers as it's a normal power shower and more clean in them!

Brilliant campsite, the ladies on reception could not be more helpful, from giving us advice on where to go, to putting ice packs in the freezer. I called multiple times before we actually came (first time camping) and the customer service was great. The campsite is really good value for money, really good soft play and pool. Very close to Sennen Cove which is beautiful. I would recommend this campsite and would certainly stay again. Only slight improvement would be somehow marking out the pitches or making the designated area clearer as some larger tents seem to take up much more space than they should.

Really good campsite with great location. The children's play park could have been a bit updated but apart from that, it was ideal.
Pleasantly surprised!

I read the most recent reviews a few days before my visit and I was worried! I took lots of extra loo roll and prepared for mess. We only needed our loo roll late one night, it was fine the rest of the time. The toilets weren't bad considering there are only 4 near the camping pitches. The showers were a let down. They are push button, like a swimming poo, and if all the showers are being used, the pressure is rubbish. The actual shower wasn't that dirty but the floor of the cubicle was nasty. There is no bath mat, wooden foot board or drainage, so its gets wet and dirty. I'd suggest taking a spare towel or some sliders/ crocs to use. A mop or squeegee would be useful so people to could wipe up after themselves. The site itself is ok. Some of the caravans look very worn, others brand new. We were camping on a large pitch and I was very glad I chose large as they were tight and very close to each other! But, the site is clean and the pool is nice and your experience will very much depend on who else is on the site. We had a lot of families with young kids, so I was woken up at 6 most mornings and then another family played music until past 11 and had a sing along. Take some ear plugs if you get woken easily. Oh, and it can't get windy as it is near the coast, so take decent pegs! The fish and chips shop is great. Pub, you need to book for food as can get busy and loud. It's easy to get to most places by car within 20 minutes. Something odd about that area, most attractions are closed on Saturday rather than Sunday, which makes sense for staff to have a day off they can enjoy, but it's unusual. Also, many pubs have weird serving times for Sunday meals. We tried to get a roast and everywhere was heaving or not serving after 5. The staff are nice and helpful. I'd go back. Maybe not at peak season but yeah, it was nice.

Staff were very friendly. However, the showers blocks were dated and I felt they needed cleaning. The pitches were very small with little space between people so little privacy. Children playing ball games around pitches and hitting vehicles. We will not be returning. On a positive, the swimming pool was clean.

We booked a large pitch and got a really small one (17). One washroom is a container with faint light and water not working at the sink. The water tap in the shower was falling off. The other washroom is really old.

Lovely stay in one of the pods. Convenient for the Minack Theatre and Land's End. Polite and helpful staff. Toilet blocks, although very clean, could maybe be updated a little. Will definitely be back.

First, you can't see the sea from the park, despite their name. I stayed there only 1 night and the weather was very bad, but the site was quiet and the staff were great. The park is only 5 mins far from the nearest pub and 10 mins from the sea, so I was happy to stay there. Recommend for everyone.

We decided we wanted a quick short break away. Picked this campsite as it was near to a beautiful walks we wanted to do. It was ideal for us as we like to walk and have two dogs. The weather was not great but it didn't stop us enjoying a lovely quiet stay. Facilities very clean and water very hot. Only little criticism, would be a cover over washing up facility. The pitch was lovely, tucked in the corner and quiet. Will definitely return. Pub next door to site. New shop in reception. Spar nearby and chippy in Sennen. 10 minute walk to lovely Landsend and beautiful walk across to Sennen. See you soon.

We had 2 pitches side by side with 2 motorhomes. Site is ideal for visiting all the places west of Penzance. Nice, quiet site. Staff were great, polite and helpful. Thank you from all 4 of us.
