Great campsite for a short stay in a tent. Camped at the end of season and with gales/rain forecast so campsite was pretty empty and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Toilets were well maintained and clean, and campsite was tidy. Campsite manager was friendly and helpful. Excellent price for the facilities. Will stay again.
Great basic campsite

Great basic campsite ideally located in Cornwall with easy access to most places. 10 min drive from Padstow (possible to walk via fields). Clean toilets and showers. We went at a quiet time, but there is only one tap for washing up so could be tricky when busier. Owners super friendly.
Good area to visit

The hosts were really kind and my two pugs were nicely welcomed too. Area is quite big, grass field near active farm with it's noises and smells, equipped with good shower and toilet block, with a dish wash area at one end. A place to sit down around sun shaded tables and chairs, maybe eating just made chips too. Location some two kilometres from Padstow, is a bit long for an evening walk to pub, especially because of narrow curvy roads at nights. Take your torch or bright head lamp with you before walking there with dogs.
Nice place to spend the night

Stayed for the first time this week. Good welcome, where we were met by a lady who seemed knowledgeable of where to go for wind protection, good views. Pitch where you want, can be good but it is a field so not very even in areas. Food truck was good. Entertainment was hit and miss. Could be heard all over the field (in case that bothers you). Signal wasn't great (so great if you want a detox!). Most visitors seemed to stick to the rules of quiet times. Showers and toilets were very clean (considering the mud). Only issue was the showers. Push to work so you had to keep pressing the button. Button last 5-10 seconds so for someone with thick hair, showers took forever. Again, as a place to rest your head, it was fantastic.
Great, friendly campsite

Me and my family arrived Friday 28th Aug for a 3 night stay, only to be greeted with torrential downpours which lasted on and off for the duration of our stay. Nevertheless, we had a brilliant time and would 100% revisit the site. Its a very spacious site, although maybe 1/3 of the site was sloped we managed to set up on a perfect pitch with only a slight decline which i think helped with the water run off anyway as the pitch was still relatively mud free by the end of the weekend. The overall vibe of the site was great and everyone we encountered seemed very friendly including, Lucy and all the staff, plus the live music was a big bonus of an evening as it bought everyone together for a sing along, lovely hot food and nice cold and hot beverages. There's a street kitchen which cooks hot food and also they have other themed nights for food such as Indian and Thai. Facilities on site were to a good standard with a new toilet and shower block which isn't quite finished on the outside of the building, but everything inside was nice and modern and kept pretty clean considering everyone constantly walking in and out with muddy boots. Plenty of things to do within close distances to the site for both adults and children. Me and my partner have 2 and a 4 year old boys and we kept them busy the whole time and still had lots planned to do with them, but obviously because of the weather we weren't able to get out and do so. This was my partners 1st ever camping trip and she has never liked the thought of camping, and for her to come out at the end of the weekend, telling me how she can't wait to go camping again and wants to go this year (unfortunately not with you guys as its such a distance) especially with how the weather was, I can't thank Tregella Place Camping enough for putting on such a good show and being so hospitable to my family and everyone on site. I really can't think of anything negative to report on, other than maybe a few more hangers in the toilet/shower blocks as we found it a bit difficult keeping things hung up and dry whilst showering the kids. Overall, really pleased with this site and will probably be heading back next year.
Super campsite with great facilities!

We had a fab stay at Tregella Place. A really friendly welcome for us, the kids and our dogs. Spacious site where you could choose your own pitch to suit your needs. Lovely new showers and I know washing up facilities are due to be further developed. Great to have the option of food/drinks/music on site too which helped create a real atmosphere. Really close to Padstow and the local beaches, but a quiet, peaceful field away from road noise etc. Would definitely stay again! Thanks all!

We had a lovely time at Tregella Place. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The food (inc Vegan and GF) was super tasty, and the beer was cold and on tap! Live music and DJs just added to wonderful vibes. Though the weather wasn't great (we even had a storm with a name!) the staff made up for it even in the face of gale force winds. We liked it so much we're going back in 2 weeks!!
Loved it!

Really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful site. The owners are so lovely and really helpful, I'm a total novice to camping so needed help to pack the awning! The new facilities are everything you need and kept clean, food, drink and music on site. I would definitely recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tregella Place. Perfect location to explore from. 5 minute drive to Padstow and 30 minutes to Newquay. Large, pick your own pitches and new toilet/shower facilities that were cleaned regularly. The owners were friendly and helpful. They made everyone aware that bad weather was coming and we're always about to help with anything and check that everyone was okay. We can highly recommend the bacon double cheeseburger from the street food van on site and bread/pastries from the visiting bakery van on Tuesdays. We look forward to returning.

Friendly owners and helpful too. Great location near Padstow and other bays nearby. I think they need hot water for washing up and a mirror in the disabled toilet. The showers were lovely and the toilets were kept very clean, and the facility to recharge power packs and mobiles was very helpful. Would be useful to have a fridge available too, as well as a freezer for freezer packs; just so milk can be kept cool all day - just an idea. Having only the tent, I don't have a fridge so some things went off and this would assist the freezer packs whilst they are freezing. Not sure if you sell milk at the bar as well as drinks? So difficult to find as 4th on right, but other places are also called Tregella farming camping and similar names! Haha.
Great stay!

A well located campsite - great for getting into Padstow, and the many coves and beaches of the north west of Cornwall. Our experience here was mixed - we met up here with friends and pitched in a good elevated, flat spot, but as there is no current demarcation of where to pitch, it meant for a haphazard series of tent placement. The weather did not help - extremely windy and wet for this time of year (no one's fault!), but also, the lack of organisation of pitches meant for a series of "mud roads" being formed by campers coming in and off the site. In the end, we left a day early, having seen a car getting stuck in the mud whilst trying to exit. As the site develops, a simple looped gravel path leading from the entrance and around the site to the exit would help enormously. Facilities were on the way to being excellent - newly constructed and furnished washrooms were currently being established and whilst open to use, still need some finishing touches. A draining space and cover for the dish washing area is also badly needed, with a hot water feed if possible. However, we enjoyed the experience and would return to the site, hoping for less biblical wind and rain next time!
Great vibe, very chilled

Brilliant value for money. All the hosts were really lovely, couldn't be more helpful, really handy to be able to get breakfast and dinner on site which was better and more value for money than a "pub " R/S we went to. The live music was a great addition to our stay, definitely recommend highly.
