About the site

Trewrach Glamping's bell tents are ideally located with a stunning sea view in front and Dinas mountain behind. Just two minutes from the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park and five minutes from pebbly Aber Bach beach, so much is within walking distance. Have a walk or a quick dip before breakfast? The spacious four pet friendly or eight pet free 5m bell tents are furnished with a double bed and two or all single beds - the site can adjust these to match the guest's requirements. Each tent comes with its own picnic table and fire pit (ideal for BBQs). Great for families, friends and larger parties too (stag and hen parties welcome). Shared kitchen huts are nearby, which include your own personal fridge. The open field has the grass kept at lawn length, making it ideal for children to play or for having a kick about, jackets as goal posts. Dogs are welcome but to this end, all pets must be kept on a tie-off post to keep the grounds clean and avoid disturbing other visitors.

The site is open for dates in July and August.

Bell Tent - Bell Tents (Pet Friendly)Aug 2023

We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish, just what we needed after a tough year. It was so special from start to finish and the owners were so welcoming and warm, nothing was too much for them. The site was spotless, fantastic facilities and even after purchasing firewood they made sure we had matches and fire lighters to get it started, lovely little touches. The tents were set up beautiful, lovely crisp clean bedding, beds were so comfortable and great little extras in the tent such as toilet, cutlery, chairs and torch. I couldn't fault this place, we had booked a tour 3 hours away that we considered cancelling to stay another night as we didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Bell Tent - Bell Tents (Pet Friendly)Aug 2023

This was one of the best campsites we have visited, it had everything we needed all we had to bring was our food. The toilets, kitchen and showers are clean, so is the whole campsite! Everyone is super friendly and it's so relaxing overlooking the sea! It's just a 10 minute walk down to the beach but you do have to drive around 7 minutes to get into town but it's worth it also. On our last day we drove into Tenby which is only around 45 minutes away for the day which was reasonable also with the location of the campsite! The bell tents are massive! They come with cutlery, pans, firewood, BBQ and beds but just take an extra blanket as it can get chilly in the nights. But other than that 10/10 for staying there. Would go again and highly recommend.

Bell Tent - Bell Tents (Pet Free)Aug 2023

Firstly the view from the tent was amazing. I sat outside on both early mornings just taking in the view. There is also a lovely little beach about 5 minutes walk down the road which we spent some time there. I wasn't so keen on some of the steep roads walking back to the campsite. Lol. When we arrived the hosts were working hard, as they had a really bad storm the night before which took some of the tents and fencing down etc, and were making sure everything was ok for when we arrived. They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds in the tents were very comfortable. The toilet facilities and shower facilities were very clean and the hosts cleaned then regularly whilst we were there. The only negative comment I could say is that i think the tents were very close together and thought they could be spread a little further apart to give you a bit more personal space from the other tents, especially if the campsite was full. Luckily for us it wasn't full. Another nice touch was the football goals, especially if you have a football mad grandson. He played a little match with some of the other quests. Other than this, we had a very enjoyable weekend and would definitely return.

Site's response

We're happy to hear that you had a great experience with us and that you enjoyed our surrounding and services. So happy your grandson had a great time playing football. We will take into consideration spacing the tents further apart next season, thank you for the feedback and we hope to see you all back soon! H&F
