The site is in the village of Barwick and Stoford, placed conveniently two miles south of Yeovil town centre but within a countryside location. There are 10 grass pitches available, not level, but offering a great way to get away from it all. There are electric hook-ups available. Alternatively, take your pick from two camping pods here, both sleeping up to two people.

The site is ideal for walkers and cyclists with many pretty routes and trails to enjoy in the surrounding countryside. Also nearby is Fleet Air Arm Museum, the Haynes Car Museum and Perry's Cider Farm, where you can sample a tasty local tipple.

Don't miss Ninesprings Country Park, which is situated within the town of Yeovil and offers 127 acres of natural parkland. There is lovely woodland, a lake, streams, flat open grass and a play area.

You'll find many events at the Yeovil Showground including the Yeovil Show, the Abbey Hill Steam Fair and the Wessex Truck Show.
