About the site


A quiet and pretty site set by river in the Ceiriog Valley and providing an ideal location for travelling to mid and North Wales. The site is nestled among rural villages between Wrexham and Oswestry, surrounded by lush woodland. It's equally popular with wildlife and the families who come to see the amazing nature first hand. Tourers and tents are welcome and can enjoy sheltered, neatly kept pitches surrounded by wooded hills. Pitches are on hardstanding with grass edges, and electric hook ups are available.

For adventurous types there are amazing mountain walks to be had in Snowdonia or the Shropshire Hills. Pony trekking, quad biking and white water rafting/canoeing are great group activities on offer close to where you'll stay. Or, hire a bike for the day and rent a tennis court to get fit with friends.

Offa's Dyke is a major walking attraction nearby, so you have the chance to trace the route of your forefathers across stunning countryside, right by Llangollen.
