About Riverbend Caravan Park
This family friendly touring site is a must-visit for those looking to kickback, relax and soak up the views. With the River Bawny running right through the site, you can take a wander along the river banks or try your hand at fishing, with the site having extensive fishing rights. There are non electric grass pitches as well as grass and hardstanding pitches available with access to 16 amp electric hook up for a small fee. Hardstanding pitches also have access to a water tap. With a local pub just a five minute walk and the small village of Llangadfan a ten minute walk, this site makes for the perfect hassle free getaway! Dogs are more than welcome on site, with a dog park available for your canine companions to enjoy!

There are award winning toilets and showers onsite as well as a washing up area. Recycling facilities are also available.
For the kids, there is an onsite play area and why not bring your canine companion along with a dog park too! The site also has fishing rights on the river Banwy for the fishermen amongst you to enjoy.
Caravan storage is also available and roof tents are allowed.
For grabbing the essentials, Siop Y Pentre is a five minute walk away. If you're after a bite to eat, Cann Office Hotel is also just a five minute walk away.

Site rules and policies
Check-in is any time between 2pm and 8pm on your day of arrival. Departure is due before 11am on your final day.
No single gender groups or groups of under 18s are allowed.
Dogs are welcome however Dobermans, Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not permitted on site.
Things to do on site and in the Welshpool area
If you're looking to soak up the countryside air, take a walk around the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy (20 minutes) and spot Llyn Vyrnwy Dam! Or, dust off the hiking boots and spend a day hiking up Snowdon (35 minutes) for the most breathtaking views.
For the little ones, head to King Arthur's Labyrinth (40 minutes) for a fun-filled day exploring this mythical underground world! Or, if you're after the seaside, Traeth Abermaw Beach (50 minutes) is the perfect spot for a beach day. Take a dip in the sea, explore the charming town or grab yourself some fresh fish and chips!
