Sunnyvale Caravan Park in Kinmel Bay near Rhyl has been offering families a beach escape for more than 50 years. The site has direct access to the area's miles of golden sand, is next to the harbour and also close to various attractions and restaurants. It comprises a touring field for caravans, and self-catering accommodation in the form of platinum-grade static caravans.

About Sunnyvale Caravan Park

Sunnyvale Caravan Park is located on an attractive area of the North Wales coastline, with fine views out to sea. Also close to the River Clwyd, the park is just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour. Rhyl itself is just five minutes away, while the town of Kinmel Bay is even closer. This family-friendly site includes a field of hardstanding pitches for touring, and static self-catering accommodation, all of which are fitted with fully-equipped kitchens, heating, and exterior decking area. Dogs are welcome on the site and beach, with some self-catering accommodation specifically designated as pet friendly.

Touring is available from 1st March till 31st October.

Facilities and amenities

Site facilities includes an on-site convenience store and launderette, Beach Road Kids Bar, Coffee Republic coffee bar, gym, maritime bistro and takeaway. WiFi hotspots can be found throughout the site.

There are children's play areas both indoors and outdoors, as well as an all-weather sports court, pool table, and bike hire. There is a toilet and shower block with free hot water for touring caravans, in addition to washing up basins, and 24-hour security.

The Harbour bar is just a short walk away and there are several restaurants and supermarkets close by.
