Flawless dog friendly stay

Silver Fern was everything we hoped it would be and more. Communication beforehand was brilliant and attention to detail throughout our whole stay was second to none. Clearly an awful lot of thought has gone in to ensuring their glampers' needs are met and indeed surpassed. Highlights for us were the outdoor bath, the bed, the breakfast and cheese hampers, fire pit, the quality of absolutely everything, the dog secure fields and garden and the welcome touches for them in the hut. What was obvious was the warmth that came through from Silver Fern towards us; the honesty shop onsite, through all their communication - be it signs, thoughtful touches, info in the hut, emails and in person. Thank you Silver Fern for a flawless and fabulous stay.

Home from home

A lovely homely feel, our nervous dog felt safe and happy in the pet friendly hut! Great hosts, very responsive and kind. It was Close enough to Aber itself and various walks for the dog. Will be back again, have already recommended to various friends and family!

Excellent

Great for peace and quiet and being outdoors. I think the dog enjoyed it as much as we did. Very high standard glamping, beautiful views. Definitely would return.

Maiden hut

Amazing location, not far from the town centre, amazing views, so clean and cosy inside. By far one of the best glamping huts we've stayed in!

Our stay

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have asked for nicer hosts without being at all intrusive. Everything within the hut was meticulously thought out and catered for. It was clean, warm and inviting. It was also dog friendly and peaceful.

Shan and Mario's experience of glamping

Amazing site with fantastic facilities everything you could ask for. Hut was 5 star, log burner, breakfast hamper was so much food. The area for the dog was large and well fenced off. The on-site shop is well stocked and l was impressed with their dedication to recycling. Thank you Sarah and Shaun for a lovely weekend, both myself and Mario enjoyed.

Birthday treat

Had the best time staying at Silver Fern glamping with our little fur baby Delilah in the Bracken hut. Absolutely stunning place! Super cosy. Had everything you needed and loved all the little touches. We will definitely be back. 😊

Relaxation and luxury combined with peace and quiet in an adults only tasteful shepherd's hut. Will definitely return.

Superb

Stayed 3 nights from 10th to 13th August. Huts are beautiful and everything is thought of. We loved our stay and will be 100% be back. Prices are very reasonable, and definitely deserve more than 5 stars. If you love the peace and quiet and beautiful countryside with luxury, you need to book this glamping site. Plus if you love outdoors and waterfalls then Devils Bridge and the Hafod Estate are highly recommended.

Perfect location for coastal path walking

Silver fern glamping is an ideal base for the coastal path walks. The Shepherd's huts are immaculately clean and the facilities are second to none. We had our dog with us and had a dog-friendly shepherd's hut with a fenced-off area which was brilliant. The location has amazing views and is quiet and peaceful, just what you want when staying in an up-market shepherd's hut, with lots of special treats. A credit to the owners for the upkeep of the campsite! Thank you very much.

Superb

Everything well thought out and executed to a high standard. The huts are well made, very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The welcome basket and fridge already stocked with some supplies was a lovely touch. The owners are very friendly and have clearly put a lot of time, thought and effort into launching the business. The site is located in beautiful, tranquil countryside, but only ten minutes drive from Aberystwyth, with all the amenities you could need. Great for nature lovers I very much enjoyed my daily visits from a Red Kite whilst having breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

We stayed for two nights in one of the dog friendly shepherd's huts and we had the most amazing time at Silver Fern Glamping. We had everything we needed and it was luxurious. Even if you forget anything, everything you need is on the site as they have a small shop with essentials. We stargazed in the bathtub and made some amazing memories here and would definitely come back. The hosts were so lovely and gave us some advice on the lovely places around town.
