About Channel View Caravan Park
Boasting the idyllic Brean Sands beach right on its doorstep, the park is not only a gateway to the coastline but also to the village's entertainment strip. You'll be close enough to join the bustle but your pitch here sits in a tranquil location perfect for getting a well earned rest. You'll have a choice of non electric and electric grass pitches spread across three fields. The Paddock, Main field and the Meadow - ideal for tents! If that wasn't enough, to enable guests to really enjoy the sea views, there are also a number of premier pitches in the Paddock that cater to caravans/motorhomes with fixed awnings only. Dogs are welcome here (max three per pitch) but must be kept on a lead whilst onsite.

Site rules and policies
Touring & Camping booking conditions for Our Parks.
We want everyone to enjoy their stay on our parks but ask that you read the terms and conditions below before making a booking.
1. Our prices are inclusive of VAT and are for 1 unit, 2 people & 1 car per pitch per night.
2. Maximum of 7 people including children and a maximum of 2 cars per pitch.
3. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not allowed to foul on the park or annoy other park users. Dogs staying on Channel View can be exercised on the beach or at Westbrook Farm & Home Farm in the dog walk area. Please do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the park any dog which we consider inappropriate for a family park. Maximum of 3 dogs per pitch.
4. No commercial, sign written or converted vehicles are permitted on the park unless by prior arrangement with the management. Please phone our office if you are unsure whether your vehicle falls into this category. Sleeping in cars is not permitted.
5. A pitch can accommodate a 6m x 6m tent including guidelines. Oversized tents will be charged an extra £20. Continental caravans must be approved by the management prior to arrival, pitches are not suitable for caravans with the main door on the off side.
6. Only caravans and motorhomes are permitted on the premier pitches. No drive-away awnings allowed, unless permanently attached at all times during your stay. Views of the beach are dependent on the layout of your unit so cannot be guaranteed from inside your unit. Caravans without a motor mover will be charged a fee to be towed onto the pitch.
7. One awning annexe is permitted per pitch with the exception of Channel View main site where no annexe is permitted.
8. All regular bookings require a minimum of £30 deposit. All bank holiday bookings require 4 nights minimum stay (Home Farm 3 nights minimum) and a £100 deposit. Single night bookings may be available during off peak times. Premier pitches have a minimum requirement of 5 nights stay during high season.
9. Deposits are non-refundable after a booking has been accepted. However, we are happy to transfer your deposit to an alternative booking within the same season if notice is given 48 hours prior to arrival. Pitch fees will not be refunded due to inclement weather or early departure from site.
10. Pitches are available for check in from 11am onwards. New arrivals must check in before 8pm. Please vacate your pitch no later than 10:30am unless a late stay has been agreed (late stays not available during high season). Please be aware that the overhead security barrier at channel view closes at 8:00pm.
11. We cannot guarantee a specific pitch number, but staff will endeavour to put you in the area of your choice and keep families together.
12. Please be aware that visitors staying in 'the Meadow' at Channel View are required to cross a public road to access the campsite facilities.
13. Chinese lanterns, fireworks, BB guns and drones can be dangerous on the site and in the countryside generally therefore they are strictly forbidden to be used on the park. No hard ball games are permitted on the parks. At Westbrook Farm, all children must be accompanied by an adult whilst using the play area. Please be aware of your surroundings, pitches can become worn creating uneven ground so please take care walking on grass areas.
14. Only grass friendly groundsheets are permitted, and windbreaks must not obstruct the thoroughfare between pitches.
15. Gazebos are permitted at the Wardens discretion and weather permitting. No external generators.
16. We are happy for you to use barbecues, we only request that they are raised off the ground to prevent damaging the grass. Fire Pits not permitted.
17. Please do not flush wet wipes (including flushable wipes), babies nappies or sanitary items down our drainage system. Portable toilets must be emptied in the designated disposal points located by the toilet block. As Westbrook Farm has a reed bed for waste disposal, we only permit environmentally friendly toilet chemicals and toilet roll to be used. These are available to purchase from the Wardens.
18. Washing lines maybe of window racks or small fixed rotary type only and must be removed and stored out of sight after each use.
19. Due to public access, all roadways around the park are subject to the road traffic act and the same laws are applicable. A strict 10 mph speed limit applies in all areas.
20. Please respect other park visitors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
21. Somerset Leisure cannot accept any liability for personal injury, inconvenience, damage or loss to any persons or property however caused whilst on the park. All units must be insured for public liability.
22. We are a family park and reserve the right to refuse single sex groups as well as groups of young people.
23. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
24. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person(s) at any time whose conduct is detrimental to the park or the comfort of other visitors. Offenders will be asked to leave the park immediately and no refunds will be issued.
25. The WiFi service at Channel View & Westbrook Farm is operated by an external company. Please contact 'CLUBWIFI' directly for all technical support. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee WiFi signal or speed in all areas of the park.
26. The payment of a booking is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
