About Roselidden House Camping
The small family-run campsite of Roselidden House is the perfect rural spot to switch off from everyday life. Explore beaches on both the stunning coasts of Cornwall whilst also taking advantage of the nearby National Trust wooded sheltered walks around Loe Bar. There are grass pitches for tents only, with the smaller pitches holding up to two people and the standard pitches holding up to six. Additionally, there are five grass pitches specifically for caravans and campervans only. All pitches are non-electric. On-site, you will find a variety of lovely farmyard animals including five foster donkeys, two orphaned sheep and a flock of chickens all of which you are very welcome to meet. Dogs are welcome but due to the presence of farmyard animals, they must be kept on leads at all times.

Standard, non-electric grass pitches for one family sized tent and one small children's tent or pup tent. Enjoy bautiful views towards the Lizard Peninsula and Mounts Bay.
5 x Non Electric Grass Caravan/Campervan Pitches
Max 6 people
This is a caravan/campervan pitch with space for an awning. Access to the camping field is through a gateway with clearance of 2.75m. The approach of 0.75 miles is winding and narrow. Enjoy bautiful views towards the Lizard Peninsula and Mounts Bay.

Site rules and policies
Check-in time is 3pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
Fire pits not allowed. BBQs allowed if placed on bricks provided.
The site has an enforced quiet time 10pm - 8am and music cannot be played in this time.

Things to do on site and in the Helston area
Whilst staying at Roselidden House campsite, it is easy to reconnect with nature as their are many local walks nearby. In five minutes, you can walk to the Wheal Dream pub. This short off road walk is definitely worth it and once there, you can play golf and rugby golf.
Just 5 miles away the National Trust site Penrose Estate which has beautiful sheltered wooded walks. This will take you onto Porthleven, which has a harbour and beach, restaurants, great pubs, jewellers and galleries. Helston town centre is also nearby and has an idyllic boating lake café, skate park and variety of independent shops.
Gunwalloe Church Cove is a 15 minute drive and is a beautiful life-guarded beach with an ancient church, perfect for history lovers. Gweek with its seal sanctuary is also a great family day out.

- Mullion Cove which has breathtaking emerald green waters and is sheltered in an easterly wind
