VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2024

Lovely relaxed site, flat grassy field. Lots of quiet roads locally, ideal for cycling. I hired a bike and visited Glastonbury town and the Tor. Shower and toilet facilities are a little bit, shall we say, rustic? But clean and functional, hot showers and has a dish washing area. You can hire fire pits and buy kindling and logs. Owners were lovely, very helpful and I had a lovely stay.

Site's response

Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to seeing you again! Beverley and Alan.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2024

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is very rural, away from busy roads, light and noise, but still within easy distance of Glastonbury, Wells and Shepton Mallet, as well as other attractions like Wookey Hole, Longleat and Cheddar Gorge. It's very quiet and family friendly, the toilets, showers and washing up facilities are ideal and well maintained. Provision of fridges, freezer and a microwave (for sterilising bottles) is something that really stood out for us. The owners are very friendly, happy to chat and give tips for places to visit, walk and see. We also loaned a fire pit from them for the duration of our stay with logs and firelighters included for a very reasonable price. If we could have stayed longer we absolutely would have!

Site's response

Thank you Jessica! Great to read this and we're so pleased you enjoyed yourselves! Thank you for taking the time to write this. Beverley and Alan.
